ISIS is ready to send 100 of their men (and children) to a certain death in the hope of scratching the nail of a western country soldier : this is not a joke because though killing them is the right solution for the men who face this (very important anyway !!!), it does not really help to win the war.

Yes The distance should be tuned to the distance which you feel most comfortable with : If most of the time you shoot at 300 m (0.2 nm) : tune 300 m. On the Israeli Mirage IIIC, they made a field mod with 3 preset postions. -

Thank you, I will use it soon ! -
I finished the 4th mission and the West German Campaign. That was great because I have less problems discovering the system, and I start to developp my own strategies, though I lost some units in a stupid way. But this did not have consequences as they were "useless" when they were destroyed and I could quickly replace them.

Yes, I consider "copy paste", but for the moment, I need to create a texture, which is not on the map ! In my process, I want to make a systematic check of the airfields : check airport one, and replace "tree texture" by "no tree texture", then shift to airport 2 ... In this context, it is a little difficult to check airport number 25, look for which of the 24 previous airport used the same texture, go to this airport, copy the texture and go back to the new 25 ! It is faster to use "page up" key -
No, the cat was very upset by those two heavy humans : they considerably degrade the performances of HIS ultralight

Hello I started to use this wonderfull tool for editing a beta map. I try to delete trees from texture for airfield For the moment, I duplicated the textures which were a porblem, set the field AlphaObjectTexture= to none, the new texture is for instance : [Texture151] // Texture 078, no tree Filename=Valley5.BMP HasWater=0 Color=0.487013,0.400121,0.295277 SolidObjectTexture=ME_Farmland.BMP AlphaObjectTexture= and then I apply the new texture using the page up keys which is a little tedious. Is there a better way to do it ? Can I simply enter the texture number ? Thank you in advance And thank you again Gerwin, you are the -
The flight manual does not explicitly states that black and white cats should be removed, so I don't understand the problem

There is discrimination against the minority of human owning ATI cards. I suggest you and your fellows march to DC and make a speech : "I have a dream, that no human should be segregated for the type of graphic card they use ..." -

When flying a Mirage, I usually fly high speed and use those large wings and high AoA capacities to turn very tightly while slowing down quickly to avoid overshoot. With a little experience, you can get in the right position, then shoot, then fly fast away (the Mirage accelerates very well at low angle of attack and slight descent) Typical hit and run tactics -

I agree : I so much would like to have a Viggen in the game that I sometimes donwload it and try it, then I am so disappointed that I delet it from my HD, until I again miss it strongly -
The original post was a joke, and I took it as is. What is interesting about Mexico is that the french higher authority basically believed they had won in the sens that they got what they wanted (money). They did not realize that the consequences were absolutly disastrous : - Relations with Austria, US ... - Useless attrition of the army - Bitterness of the army ... There are several such cases in history
-
Hello Lot's of things can be said but indeed, what was mis interpretated was the purpose of the French Mexican war : it was "just business". Mexico was owing a very high debt to the European countries, so France decided to help in its recovery (mainly by looting Mexico's resources): They invaded Mexico, gave power to a puppet emperor, took their money, and when the war started to be too expensive, they left. There was no intent in staying long (unlike Algeria) and they wanted to spend as few money as possible to help for profitability. Mexico resistance and US oppositions were only important as far as they made occupation more expensive. It was a nice bargain for France and Europe in general. The real mistake in France was that they were not concentrating on Prussia and did not realize their military organization was obsolete. Edit : What is funny is that when you read french solidiers account on this war, you have the same feeling as when you read US accounts on Viet Nam war or ... Somalia They said they won but that stupid politician made them leave the country and lose the war.
