  1. SR-71 article

    Awesome!
  2. Finally a real Stealth fighter

Good Point! Also that nozzle looks like it would give a heat signature from 100 miles away!
  3. Luckily all four crew members survived! Info- http://www.af.mil/News/ArticleDisplay/tabid/223/Article/466899/b-1-lancer-crashes-in-montana.aspx
  4. Thunder Over Michigan

    Wow an F-100! Very cool!
  5. RIP... Admiral Sandy Woodward

He was one hell of a leader! RIP Adm. Woodward
  6. Medal of Honor News, RIP Col Day.

    RIP Col. Day
  7. I'm looking forward to all the new files when the DL's come back, and appreciate all the hard work Erik has been doing! For now though I got my 100GBs of saved files like everyone else!
  8. Anyone stationed around CO Springs?

I'm familiar with Colorado Springs but don't know much about the special "non-chain" restaurants, The airplane restaurant near the airport is pretty cool as it is inside an old KC-97! The food is pretty good and you'll get to watch the nearby air traffic. Definitely ask Typhoid though, as he lives in Colorado Springs. If you have time definitely visit Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods if you like the outdoors.
  9. The same thing has happened to me before, so sorry Wrench. These latest patches have caused 100% negative results with no positive results whatsoever.
  10. F-22 IR Missiles

In addition to helmet mounted sights I believe there are sensors on the aircraft itself that feed info to the missiles seeker head. The missile then uses its own seeker head of course after launch.
  11. Just wondering what can be done to darken the terrain since the May 13 patch? This is the IR2003 terrain and it was much less intense pre patch. Thanks
  12. Well I guess I'll just have to learn to live with it then. I'll try editing the environmentsystem.ini though. Thanks Wrench
  13. Has anyone else noticed this issue since upgrading to the May 2013 patch? The sky is so hazy during sunset and sunrise, much more so than before. Any fixes?
  14. I think I figured it out, just had to make a few edits to the enbseries.ini and the effect is much less noticeable.
  15. No I haven't changed video cards, but I did upgrade drivers. I'll revert to the old drivers and see if it looks better though.
  16. Huh, well I guess I just didn't have it working until now. I've always used DX10 but never noticed it until after installing the May 2013 patch. I assume I should just delete the ForceDX10=True from the options.ini and it will get rid of it? I just ask because I've used DX10 for years and never noticed this.
  17. B-17F Flying Fortress (ETO)

    WOW!!
  18. In addition to the problems already mentioned, I have been 100% unable to fix shimmering in all terrains and the overall graphics quality is worse in each game than it was pre-patch. Oh well hopefully a fix will come soon!
  19. Another wildfire

Hopefully this fire wont be as bad as last year's. Good Luck Typhoid
  20. I just upgraded my Nvidia graphics card driver, and upgraded DX to the latest version. Then as soon as I started a mission I noticed this... I can't seem to get rid of it, and it happens in all settings and games. Any ideas on how to fix it?
  21. Yeah that's what I was afraid of. Thanks
  22. AeroParma Airshow 2013

    Wow! Thanks for sharing!
  23. I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this rudder issue I've noticed with the Mig-31. I've tried messing around with the data.ini but so far nothing seems to fix this. Any Ideas? Also I've noticed that ever since I installed the May2013 patch, the contrast and brightness of explosions, reflections, and thrust plumes is very high. What is the correct way to make contrast and brightness levels less? Thanks
  24. Reinstalled the Mig-31 and added the lines you provided, it worked this time. Thanks again!
  25. It's the Mig-31M, thanks for the brightness info I'm not sure why I didn't think of that.
