Well it says that the webpage cannot be displayed and that the website has had an HTTP Server Error, but that's all it really says. But here is the exact error message. This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying. -
I think there was a Tu-4 (B-29) modified with jet engines for testing purposes, not sure though. If so it would have been one of the first Soviet attempts at a jet bomber

I know this has been covered in other topics, but what causes the runway on an airfield to slowly disappear as you approach it. Thanks

SF2V/E is there an easier/less complex way?
warthog64 posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
I have purchased both SF2V and SF2E. I know the installation process is a little different from WO*. I have the CatPak extractor, and everything works. My question is, is there a way to set up these games like WO* without having to do the loooooooooooooooong extract, create folders, place files in correct folders process. Its just that I'm not sure exactly where everything goes, and using WOE as an example just takes way to long going back and forward as I install does cause me to make one or two misplaces/ mistakes. So anyone know? Thanks -

Well I finally finished setting up SF2, but I have a serious problem! I modeled it after WOE so I created an Aircraft folder, Weapons folder, Effects folder etc. But now the game wont even start. Is it okay to set up the game like WOE, or is this why the game is having this problem. Thanks -
Just a quick question, how do you prevent trees from being in the middle of an airfield? Thanks

Quick Question
warthog64 replied to warthog64's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
I reinstalled the Libya terrain (Libya version 3), and the trees are gone now. I guess it was just an installation mistake on my part. I unfortunately didn't take a screenshot before I reinstalled it. But problem has been solved! Thanks for everyones help! -

B-1B Released (Betas)

Both surviving B-1A's are now in museums. The number 3 aircraft is in Denver CO at the Wings over the Rockies museum. And the Number 4 aircraft which was at the USAF musem for 20 or so years is now in Omaha Nebraska at the SAC museum. It moved there when the USAF museum acquired a B-1B. -
Planes and Airfields

In my download of the Libya Terrain, I noticed today that static aircraft at airfields are not in the Barracks correctly (see screenshot). What should I do to correct this. Thanks -
This movie was pretty good, but after the shootdown scene I lost interest quick. I don't know why I guess it just got too Hollywood after that. The F/A-18F was flying for the Navy in the time period in which the film is set (1999-2001). But the Super Hornet didn't make its combat debut until 2002 over Afghanistan.

LGB modification question
warthog64 posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
With weapons such as the Walleye, and Agm-65 etc, you can hit moving targets. I've always preffered to employ LGB's though, but post patch Oct 2008 I've noticed LGB's only work against fixed targets. Is there a way to allow LGB's to hit moving targets again post patch. Thanks
