From one of my books I have read that the taller tail is just a bolted on extension. If you look closely at the pic the rudder don't appear to be bigger. Just the vertical stabilizer

Well if I were the US commander in Chief having 2 unknown super weapons at hand but not knowing the exact effect and destructive power. Then I definitely would have chosen 2 cities which haven't been bombed before to have a fair damage assessment. To know where to use the next bombs most effective. Furthermore sending the enemy the message. See you had 2 undamaged cities before. Now those are just rubble and ruins. With just 2 bombs used with more to come. So standby for total destruction or surrender.

It's a fact that many more people were killed in just one of the fire bombings of Tokyo. Than by the nuke's of Hiroshima and Nagasaki together. And at the time I doubt that people actually knew about the long term effects of those weapons.

Because we think of it as a hobby. Not a money machine. besides that we have gotten permission from some outside modders to use some of their stuff if we made it for free.
