Radial madness, Ya just gotta love it. :) Lod 1 of the float plane is finished, needs the other lod's and FM. It's on the back burner for now though, Because I'm doing the much neglected P-40B / C pit.
Spinners ,sorry I forgot to ask before, are you going to upload the Finish version? If you do, copy over or complete package is fine with me. Your choice.

I have a Pratt & Whitney R-2800-10W "Double Wasp" two-row radial that needs a home.

Just as a test. Try Xing out the Decals.ini (XXDecals.ini) run the game and see if the Transparent nose still shows up? Then you'll know for sure if its a decal problem.

Soviet Hercules Hurricane MkIIa For SF1 06 Patch Level Installs.
This Mod is a 'What If' Hurricane Mk.IIA fitted with a 'Bristol Hercules', 14-cylinder two-row radial engine.

To Install: UnZip and drop the Soviet_R_IIa folder into the Aircraft folder,Weapons to the weapons folder, Sound in the Sound folder.
Adding Weapons and Guns: You need to use the SF1 06 patch level weapons editor to add weapons, SF1 Gun editor.

Canopy opens with the 0 key.

Dirt: I left the paint mostly cleen. If you want it dirty, Go for it.

Thanks everyone for the input. Unfortunately RL has raised it's ugly head agin and I'm pressed for time, so I'm going to leave the 8 303's on it seeing how it's all Ziped for upload , I did change the 'Coolent' temp gauge to a 'Engine' temp gauge and changed the texture. Once agin thanks.

Thinking! 6x50's Rounds per gun? I could import the muzzle fairings from the P-40E and hijack the templates for the lines and Ejection port's.

Before I upload the Radial endowed 'What If' beast, I was wondering if I should change the guns because the Russians considered the 8 (or 12) 303's too low of caliber, so they swapped out the guns with whatever they had. So 4 US 50 cal's maybe? I considered using the same guns from the 'Soviet Mk.IIb, but that would require a model and wing mesh change. So any suggestion?

Just wow! Just making the simple engine for the Hurricane took me 2 days.

Preformed is quite good, HP is 1272 at takeoff. Merlin XX is 1280. The Hercules is 289lb heavier, I still have to figure weight without the Radiator and coolant.

Pylon question ? When the wings fold do the rocket stay on the pylons? That is move with them.

I was just messing with the 'sf2_faa_corsair2_pak'and made these changes to the _data.ini and it works just fine.
