Ever since the WOV_update2008b and WOE_update2008b patches, objects (like all aircraft when see from exterior, carriers, AAA, etc.) are labeled in red and blue, according to sides. How can one turn those signs off without hitting " I " on the keyboard and losing speed, altitude, etc. information? Is there another key or perhaps an internal edit to some file? Thanks in advance.

Since the WOV_update0ct2008b patch, all aircraft when seen from exterior view- and many objects- show their call signs and designations. It can get a bit cluttered and takes away from immersion, in my opinion. Is there a key to press (toggle on/off) or an alteration to make somewhere to not have these show up? Thanks in advance.

Is there a formation.ini out there for FE that will allow WW1 planes to form up closely and orderly in eschelon formation, etc. JUST LIKE the jets in SFP1. WOE, and WOV ? It seems that is the last thing left without attention, regarding FE and its imersion factor. Is it available for download somewhere? If not, is any of you wizzards able to make one? thanks.

Besides the AI's ability to fire, etc., is there a way to get one's wingmen to fly in formation close and alongside inroute to the objective or coming home? It is possible in SFP1, WOV and WOE and adds nicely to imersion. These planes should be able to get real close in any formation, but in FE they don't ; they lag way back and are not steady. txs.

Gosh ! Is there any way to get nice real tight (and steady) formations around the player aircraft going out on a mission in FE like those in WOV and WOE ? That would improve imersion. Thanks

Show stopper: not yet- I have hopes for a patch Definite downgrade of sim: yes There is plenty of time for formations to form, especially when I'm flying at 47 mph waiting for them. Besides...they are also going 47 mph way behind as they sway sideways in confusion and do not fly level. This to me is a basic flaw. I'm a Project Manager. There is no way I would put unfinished work like this out for sale. Though I can dogfight, it takes my interest away from the sim. It's all about more than just the player dogfight, otherwise, you can't call it a sim. Modern world being what it is...we must give the game creators a chance to give us a patch while they have already sold us the game and are keeping our money. We wait and hope for a patch !

Wow, what a bummer! I just got FE (patched to latest) and even though flight is at the low speeds of WW1, the planes cannot form close formations. One of the nicest things in SF P1, WOV, and WOE is that, while flying to target, you can check the formation group and enjoy the trip and ambience. In FE you feel you are flying alone and there is no immersion affect. Please...we need a patch that gives FE the same affect of SFP1, WOV, and WOE. It is not as if it has to be invented for the first time. Thirdwire- patch please!

My question is related to Maps. It would be very nice if there were city and town names on the map as you fly over them on the map. You know...you have an idea of where you are. Is there a way to get this? Thanks.
