  5. Agreed! In fact, freedom for everyone. And especially for the oppressed citizens of Tooting.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMKsR_wUSfA
  6. Very good Mario. Funny thing is, my gut instinct would be that the 'Emil' would still prevail over the 'Zero'.
  7. BAC-CASA 'Relámpago' (Lightning F.58) - 1ª Escuadrilla de Castile, Spanish Republican Air Force, 1969
  8. Hawker Hunter F.Mk1 - 4ª Escuadrilla de Madrid, Fuerzas Aéreas de la República Española, 1957
  9. There's so much potential in this subject! The BAC Lightning might be next.
  10. The single-stage Merlin 500 series engines had more in common with the post-war transports like the Lancastrian and York than the two-stage Merlin 61 (and 63/ 63A) engines used in the Spitfire IX. Apparently, this was a nod in the direction of longevity as opposed to all-out engine performance.
  11. I've only ever noticed reduced FPS in SF1 and, on the same machine, SF2 was noticeably faster and smoother. My current rig for the past two years is pretty modest and runs SF2 like a charm.
  12. Stary, you're probably burnt out from making all those superb cockpits! Forget modding, fire up the (lite) sim and have fun. Or, as my American friends would say, blow some 5hit up!!!
  13. The labours of Hercules (Ported over from SF1)
  14. Boy, you've got to carry that weight.
  15. Supermarine Spitfire LF.IXc - No.23 Escuadrillas Valladolid, Fuerzas Aéreas de la República Española, 1946
  16. Good point... but with no references I simply used the COA's for Valladolid (nose) and Castilla y León (tail).
  17. Thanks Ed. It's very nice and the skins are right out of the top drawer.
