  10. View File [Fictional] English Electric Lightning F.1B English Electric Lightning F.1B for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2 This is a very simple mod of the Third Wire Lightning F.1A to give a fictional Lightning F.1B in service with RAF Fighter Command in the early-mid 1960's and includes markings for the following ex-Javelin squadrons; No.25 Squadron. No.72 Squadron. No.151 Squadron. Important: This mod requires Strike Fighters 2 Expansion Pack 2. INSTRUCTIONS 1. 13. Can't remember to be honest. I've got two on my hard drive and this one has a bit of trouble when flown by AI.
  14. One of the best USAF schemes! There was a stock Euro 1 scheme in WOE (possibly for the F-4D) and it was disappointing that it I didn't make the cut to SF2E. Perhaps TK had already earmarked it for a DLC...
  15. Gloster Meteors (In the spiffing Swedish terrain)
  16. I've been (military) aviation mad since the early 1970's when 1/72 scale aircraft modelling gripped me but I never really got into flight sims (or any other form of gaming) until about four years ago when I picked up IL-2 for £3.99 in the local Woolworths. At the time my PC wasn't really suitable for gaming but IL-2 held my interest for a few short weeks until January 2008 when I picked up Strike Fighters Gold which ran pretty well on my PC so quickly added WoV and WOE from ebay just before WOI came out as a download. I've since downloaded all the earlier titles from the Third Wire store and in Dec 2008 SF2 came out and I've really enjoyed the release of the earlier titles in SF2 format and the Expansion Pack's and DLC's. The era covered by the Third Wire sims really hits the spot for me!
