  1. Tornado F.3B of No.263 squadron, RAF Fighter Command, 1998. Bobrock's superb Tornado F.3 with 1950's style RAF markings!

  3. Xian FBC-1 'Flying Leopard' of the Vietnamese Peoples Air Force. I've got an unbuilt plastic model of the FBC-1 and the box blurb says something like "the energetic Flying Leopard". Quite.
  4. I'm occasionally getting this on my merged install (SF2/SF2V/SF2E) when using the Vietnam terrain but only with an aircraft that shouldn't be there. Updating the User List with my new user nation seems to help.
  5. A North Vietnamese Lavochkin La-15 'Fantail' gets the upperhand over a USAF F-102 during the 1959 confrontation.

  9. The SF2 series is the way to go... and has been since December 2008! If you can afford to, get SF2 and then get SF2V - it'll merge automatically and the expanded planeset is a great feature. Thinking long-term then, perhaps, get one per month and get SF2, SF2V, SF2E and then possibly SF2I (it'll be out by then - but how this will work in a merged install is a bit unclear).

  17. I've got SF2/SF2V/SF2E all nicely merged but I can't get to fly anything before 1964 and after 1983. Can the dates be changed and how? Thanks!

I've extracted the VietnamSEA ini and deleted; [AllowedDates] StartDate=8/2/1964 EndDate=4/30/1975 Created a VietnamSEA folder with just that modified ini inside it and also created a new Terrains folder (adding IsraelME as well!) and it works great. Proof of the pudding...

  20. Could someone kindly steer me towards a good generic 'stencil' font - one that does letters and numbers. I've got two WW2 USAAC ones but the letters look nothing like the numbers. Also, is there a hebrew font?

  22. Yes, it's worth a visit there and I think that's where I got my USAAF serial font but when doing letters and numbers the numbers are stencilled but the letters are not.
  23. Hi Greendog. There was a TSR.2 in development but 'real life' issues have prevented it in coming to fruition and there is no release date.
