I'll try that... I'll try that too Teras, which Sniper pod did you use with the pylon mounts? I think the one you have is a better scale than the one I use. -

Teras, This is not the thread to explain this, so I apologize to all first. Teras, I am not an expert on weapon loadout. EricJ is the formidable expert in this field. In fact, I like how EricJ group all the weapons and then separate them so that you can maximize the various loud-out that can be carry on an aircraft. Please look at SF2 Knowledge section under "Creating Custom Loadout for your Aircraft" by EricJ. Also, look at SF1 Knowledge section under "Basic INI editing [Weapon Stations] by Dave. The F-16 has specific TER and 2BR weapon rack for the new 'smart' weapons. As far as I know, no model of the weapons rack has been made by the community. So, we continue to use the TER model from the Vietnam era and the basic 2BR or TSC model. There is of course many other 2BR weapon racks made by the community. To be as close to what I wanted for my aircraft. I chose the 2BR_USN. This is actually a weapon rack for the F/A-18 (it is designed for it). Below is the loadout on my F-16AM_ROCAF project. I am still tweaking the loudout. [Attack] Loadout[01].WeaponType=LIGHTNINGPOD Loadout[01].Quantity=1 Loadout[02].WeaponType=AGM-154B Loadout[02].Quantity=1 Loadout[03].WeaponType=AGM-154B Loadout[03].Quantity=1 Loadout[04].WeaponType=GBU-38 Loadout[04].Quantity=2 Loadout[04].RackType=2BR_USN Loadout[05].WeaponType=GBU-12E Loadout[05].Quantity=2 Loadout[05].RackType=2BR_USN Loadout[06].WeaponType=AIM-9x Loadout[06].Quantity=1 Loadout[07].WeaponType=AIM-9x Loadout[07].Quantity=1 Loadout[08].WeaponType=AIM-120C Loadout[08].Quantity=1 Loadout[09].WeaponType=AIM-120C Loadout[09].Quantity=1 What I did: (Just describing the F-16 outer pylon section only) [LeftPyl] SystemType=WEAPON_STATION StationID=4 StationGroupID=3 StationType=EXTERNAL AttachmentPosition=-3.04,-1.333,-0.506 AttachmentAngles=0.0,0.0,0.0 EjectVelocity=0.0,0.0,-2.0 LoadLimit=3500 AllowedWeaponClass=FT,Bomb,EOGR,TER,RP,TLR,IRM,AHM,EOGB,LGB,2BR,ASM,ARM,SAHM AttachmentType=USAF,NATO ModelNodeName=LeftPyl PylonMass=72.58 PylonDragArea=0.02 DiameterLimit= LengthLimit= LaunchRailNodeName=LeftRail LaunchRailHeight=0.10 LaunchRailMass=25 [RightPyl] SystemType=WEAPON_STATION StationID=5 StationGroupID=4 StationType=EXTERNAL AttachmentPosition=3.04,-1.333,-0.506 AttachmentAngles=0.0,0.0,0.0 EjectVelocity=0.0,0.0,-2.0 LoadLimit=3500 AllowedWeaponClass=FT,Bomb,EOGR,TER,RP,TLR,IRM,AHM,EOGB,LGB,2BR,ASM,ARM,SAHM AttachmentType=USAF,NATO ModelNodeName=RightPyl PylonMass=72.58 PylonDragArea=0.02 DiameterLimit= LengthLimit= LaunchRailNodeName=RightRail LaunchRailHeight=0.10 LaunchRailMass=25 As you can see, a lot of factors affect how a weapon is loaded on the aircraft. By reading the section that I mention and by viewing the aircraft data.ini and the weapon loadout that I have posted... I think you can get the idea of what I did (a picture is worth a thousand words). I will still be tweaking the data.ini, the weapon loadout, and many more to get as close to my own satisfaction. The above example is just what I have now, it will probably change as I continue to work on the project. One of the problem I have right now is not being able to load the Harpoon on the fighter? So, I have to look at the weapon itself to see if the Nation, the Date, the Size, the Weight, etc... fit with the weapon section under the Data.ini. I will also need to look at the weapon section on the Data.ini to see if I can tweak it to make sure the weapon show up? I hope this helps. I am still learning myself, so do not take my words as facts. Cheers How is the status of your new F-16C? Ace888 -

"NOTE" I did not install the May 2011 update from Thirdwire. So it is NOT tested with the new update, not sure if it will make any difference to the skin pack? I also had a plan to have a full aircraft (with tweaks) and the skins on this one, that did not happen. The Skin Pack consist of the following Squadrons: 1stFW 206th FS 8thFW 103rd FS 8thFW 207th FS 10thFW 101st FS 10thFW 201st FS 16thFW 202nd FS 18thFW 105th FS 18thFW 112th FS 18thFW 205th FS 192 TDTS (Tactical Development and Training Squadron) Additional Credits: Thirdwire VicRomano(FastCargo) - his templates Cheers 10 June 2011 Ace888 Click here to download this file -
