  1. Helping Ludo on some areas.. 1. So far worked on the Loudout.ini, I think it is good to go. 2. Tweaking a lot of the Data.ini, a long way to go. 3. Started to play around the skin, notice the new and more accurate nose/main wheels? 4. Add the same modified burner that I use for the M2000 Pack. 5. Endless list to go.... Cheers!
  2. The package has been updated for those who has not made the corrections. I did discover quite a few errors on the Loudout.ini. I had to make correction on the Aircraft.ini and Data.ini as well. I even thought about changing all the skins from .bmp to .jpg? Still not sure if the quality is the same or better with .jpg? Yes, the files would of been smaller for your systems. Perhaps down the road with further updates and future projects I will use the .jpg method... Sorry for doing a poor job. Cheers! Ace888
  3. Anyone, I am trying to make some updates on the Mirage 2000 Pack. What is the correct user list name for UAE? Is it UAE or United Arab Emirates? Unable to have the loudout shown on the aircraft because I think the Nation name is wrong? Also, I recall seeing a complete list of user list names on the forum but unable to find it? Thank You
  4. I see on the drop down menu for Nations is "United Arab Emirates Air Force"
  5. SF2 Pakistan Viper Skin Pack

    Version

SF2 Pakistan Viper Skin Pack This is for SF2 Full Merge Installed updated to August 2011 patch. The file contain the "skin" files of the following squadrons: F-16A_Blk15_PAK: 9th MLU 9th SQ 11th MLU 11th SQ 85723 85728 TEF (Test and Evaluation Flight, same as OT&E in the USA) F-16B_Blk15_PAK: 9th MLU 9th SQ 11th MLU 11th SQ PAK (MLU test aircraft) NOTE: I name my aircraft as stated above. You need to go to the decal.ini and change the name to fit your own aircraft, otherwise the skin decals will not show up. I tried to add the F16-005.bmp but I think the aircraft .LOD does not read it so I deleted it. The F-16A/B_Blk15 is still the old one. The new aircraft when MF decided to upload will read the F16-005, but only in .DDS file format. Additional Credits: Migbuster for his great viper templates. If I missed anyone it is not intentional and you will be credited :) Cheers! 06 September, 2011 Ace888
  6. Roger that WBS... Great work on the Tic. Class. I wish I can spent more time trying out the ships!
  7. As soon as I get back... I will upload the updates Yes, in real life the avionics does have the terrain avoidance system. Go to your cockpit folder and 'delete' the "lalt_cross.tga"
  8. Another find set of ships! Do you think you can update the ships with the ROCN's ASM, 76mm guns, Phenix Guns?
  9. Sorry Dave I purposely deleted the specific weapons for [Air to Air] and [Air to AirLongRange]. I wanted people to use their own set, I should of just leave what I had in there. I think this is why there is no weapons on the AI birds.
  10. Good catch... I did not check the first section of the data.ini to match the userlist.ini and the textruesets: To all, please use the below example for each nation's aircraft, sorry for the lack of detail. Make sure you change it to each specific national name, right Paulo? Under Data.ini: [MissionData] NationName=GREECE ServiceStartYear=1992 ServiceEndYear=2025 AircraftRole=FIGHTER AircraftCapability=DAY_AND_NIGHT Availability=COMMON Exported=FALSE PrimaryRoles=SWEEP,CAP,INTERCEPT,ESCORT SecondaryRoles=ARMED_RECON,STRIKE,CAS NormalMissionRadius=1000 MaxMissionRadius=1800 Ceiling=19700 MinBaseSize=MEDIUM Userlist.ini: [GREECE] ServiceStartYear=1992 ServiceEndYear=2025 Availability=COMMON Skin: [TextureSet] Name=HAF 331 SQ Nation=Greece Squadron= Specular=0.200000 Glossiness=0.200000 Reflection=0.000000 DecalNumberRandomize=TRUE StartDefaultDate= DecalNumberBlockSize=30 DecalNumberStart=0 DecalNumberEnd=25
  11. Mirage 2000 Foreign Operator Pack (Updated)

Aldrinor, Unfortunately this is only for SF2 as I have indicated. You would need to upgrade to SF2 or go to the "knowledge section" to re-convert to SF1.
  12. SF2 HAF F-4E_SRA

    Version

SF2 HAF F-4E_SRA Short History: During Operation Desert Storm in 1991, Greece played a secondary role with its Hellenic Navy Kortenaer Frigate 'Elli'. As a gesture of gratitude, the Bush Administration supplied the HAF with, among other equipment, a further 28 refurbished and upgraded F-4Es, Which came from the Indiana ANG's 113th and 163rd Tactical Figher Wings. The ex-ANG models, knows as South Eastern Regional Amendament (SRA) among the Greek crews, were aging but extremely capable aircrafts. All the F-4E_SRA were passed to 338 Squadron, which expanded its air-to-ground role. During the HAF Peace Icarus 2000 program, all the F-4E_SRA from the 338 squadron were transferred to the 337 squadron. In 2004 with the defence budget cuts, a number of fighters were withdrawn - including the 26 remaining F-4E_SRA Phantoms. The last flight of the 337 squadron's SRA Phantom took place on May 29, 2006 when squadron commander Lt Col. Theodoros Syrmos deliverd his aircraft to Mikra Internation Airport, Thessaloniki for storage. This is for SF2 merged install. Contain the following Squadrons: 337 Squadron 'Ghost' (Fantasma) 337 Squadron HG II 337 Squadron Hill Grey II 337 Squadron Spartan 338 Squadron 'Ares' 339 Squadron 'Ajax' Aegean Aggressor Pegasus Aegean Aggressor Scorpion Aegean Aggressor Zeus Aegean Tiger Additional Credit: TK/Thirdwire Team Sundowners And all that have contributed to the Combatace Forum Ace888 14 April, 2011
  13. Still cannot upload on my desktop, had to use the laptop Like all things, never enough time to do everything you like to do... The following is my WIP for the Mirage 2000 Pack. Every effort is being made to make each Nation's Mirage 2000 and their squadrons to be as accurate as possible. In addition, for the first time I have made 5 items (and counting) for the HAF and the UAE Mirages because they have some additional aerial items on their Mirages. I did a crash cross on 3d Max and in one day made the "items." I have to say... it is very difficult to use the program at this point and extremely difficult when you do not have the Max files to judge the scale and sizes of the items. But I think the extra antennas came out pretty good... More work will be attempted. I have also encounter problems of using proper FONTS for the different Mirages. It seems that some countries just like to mix things up, instead of using one font for all their markings... They have to use two or more different fonts to make their markings? I did the best that I could and also got tire of searching through the internet for the proper fonts. I think you will not notice that much of a difference. Except for the rivets counters out there... All the squadrons' serial numbers are scramble so that you will fly different aircraft... Thanks again for the wonderful talents in this community for allowing all this to be possible. Cheers! Ace888
  14. Blackbird, I have that source as well. I will not be modding the B model of the Mirage, I am hoping for an updated model down the road. I have not master 3d Max but do plan a mod for the Indian Air Force Mirage 2000-9 upgrade aircraft. This Mirage B was use as a test-bed for the Rafale program. I do plan to add the IRST on the HAL bird as "what if" The actual upgrade for the HAL Mirage is not fully finalize but will be about the same as the UAE -9 birds with some differences. I hope to finish this Mirage 2000 pack in early June.
  15. So close yet so far... Always happens when I am not home.
  16. Almost there... I had to redo all of my skin plus adding a few. Still tweaking and checking all the files. Discovered additional spine antenna that I had to mod on the HAF 2000C (last two photos).
