  1. Nice one T. On the other hand, my 'super hybrid weapons folder with more than 2000+++ weapons courtesy of Bunyap and TMF and some others' worked. Only problem is that the Tomcats' slats showed up (when it wasn't supposed to, it was a -D), but then again it's a question of FM.
  2. The 'open and save' method works for the TMF SFP1/WoV/WoE WP. Haven't try with my 'super hybrid' WP yet.
  3. Also, I think we need a new Weapon Editor. Just returned from WoV with the new patch (since I got a stock WoV install, my WoE install is the one that is modded to no end). All I need to say...holy cow, this is mad, there is a difference, and it's huge. Did not try with WoE yet (in anticipation of the patch I kept my installation minimal in terms of mods). I think I could pass out from the sheer awesomeness the patch offered.
  4. This is what I did. Install the said WP in another folder, and copy them over to your installation AFTER you patch the said installation. This should solve the problem of BunyapPak screwing up, or anything that might change bits of aircrafts (BunyapPak does that).
  5. Oh god yes. They better need to be able to make shadows without making it look weird! (ATI user here.)
  6. That we have to ask those doing mods for FE :/ . Funny that I have seen something like this for cockpits...except that it was a racing sim of sorts (NFS Porsche Unleashed), they have the instrument panels modeled into the external model itself, the only problem is that they lost some detail (that was due to hardware limitation of those times...).
  7. Lexx: FE is what started this, as far as I am getting the impression.
  8. Awesome analogy there. Freaking 18+ though.
  9. For the love of heavens, you can't kill something that is already dead. Doesn't apply to zombies though.
  10. Er, mud-moving only version developed from nuke-moving version, that is more like it.
  11. ...That's the problem, although...(points to the TMF WIP thread).
  12. Llamas. Something about llamas.
  13. Would this be the chance for the 'new' F-14A to make its debut?
  14. Is it too late for me to realize something? 'Chuck Norris' and 'Mr. T' in ONE SAME THREAD? Awesome.
  15. And another thing. Too bad we didn't see its bigger brother (the 4000) flying with anyone...
  16. He and his 'infidel of the month' topics? xD.
  17. Seeing the Sea King in the opening post made me sad...these guys are going to go (to the Army though) once the new heli deal has been finalized (EVERYONE wants the AW101 to be the replacement).
  18. Not to mention its single-seat sibling did have a part in movie stardom.
  19. Not to mention we won't get an even remotely accurate representation of the avionics inside at least half of the fighters currently being flown (or those being flown in the last 10 years) at this moment due to 'national secrets'. Which is still the case today.
  20. About dogfighting, that needs someone that have ACTUALLY flown a M2000 to tell us about it. What I implied is that the M2000 could probably dogfight like the others of its generation, except that doing that was probably the last thing the crews had after a strike (more so with a nuke strike from the -N). And of course, the single-seat M2000 did have a gun, but as some of us mentioned here, the addition of a second crew took away the gun. That was pretty much the same story with the two-seat F-104 right? Of course, someone said that 'a gunless bird is a useless bird'...
  21. Well, uh, some of the guys touched Mach 2.5 with MiG-25Rs. No tweaks and whatsoever. It was fun...until boogies showed up. Or the plane turned into fireballs (happened to someone here).
  22. Not to mention he already assured most of the fans that he would NOT be doing a modern sim (although I hope he does have coding that allowed us to implement some features of modern planes more effectively, although I could live with some limitations...).
  23. Well, uh, don't argue about what the French did, considering that the 2000B is a trainer, the 2000N is a nuclear weapons delivery platform (which means what it does is to drop the nuke and RUN), and the 2000D is developed from the -N. I think dogfighting and gunfights are the last thing they had in their mind, considering that the delta design is 'not-as-well-suited' for dogfighting compared to the others, not to mention the second crew took away the space for the gun.
  24. This can be used for our MiG-29Ns, since this was the representative layout (I heard some fans are disappointed to see that we still maintain our mainly analogue layout).
  25. Any idea of a E-3 too? Since the Dash-80 is just a 'somewhat shortened 707'.
