  1. Shana Tova to all CA members

    Shana Tova guys!
  2. Is that why the Superhornets' wings aren't folded on deck? But on land they do fold when parked
  3. In case anyone needs any inspiration... http://ws-clave.deviantart.com/gallery/6112394/Fantasy-Vehicles
  4. My sister in law's boss was a pilot on one that flew into Entebbe. More recently he was on one of the new Israeli C-130 Samsons presented to the airforce. I think someone posted a video of the ceremony here a while back.
  5. That sorted it Eric! As long as FriendlyNation001=USN I get multiple naval groups. I'm now getting up to 3 USN naval groups when I generate missions around 1988 - a carrier group, an amphibious group and a surface group built around an Iowa class battleship. Thanks for all your help guys.
  6. I'm not having any luck on the Libya terrain. I've checked the ground objects and both LPD-4 and LCC-19 are present. I've also edited the water.bmp so there are more than one CV zones, but when the game generates a mission there is just the carrier group and no other naval groups. I thought it might be to do with the terrain's nations.ini so I added Soviet as a second enemy nation. All it did was to make the enemy fighters Soviet instead of Libyan and didn't even add a Soviet naval group to fly against in strike missions. What am I missing?
  7. I think that there's another P-3 in WIP. Wasn't Amokfloo doing one?
  8. Nationalised version please.
  9. Have you got RoyalNavy included as FriendlyNation00x in your ICELANDNA_NATIONS.ini?
  10. Classic Statics

Great pics. Are you sure that Venom isn't ex-Dhimari Airforce?
  11. How about adding Marineflieger Sea Tornadoes (i.e. carrier capable Tornado IDS and ECR) to the airwing for strike, electronic warfare and defence suppression missions? They could also carry buddy refuelling pods to act as tankers for other Sea Tornadoes and Fulcrums.
  12. Games with the tomcats

Damn, that's a blast from the past! Spent many a happy hour playing that one on my Amiga.
  13. I just flew a couple of RAF missions in Wings Over Africa and the voices are British. I know it's for WOE but there are conversion files available so you would be able to use that mod in SF2 if you wanted. Same with Wings Over Russia.
  14. I'm not 100% sure but I think some of the DAT all in one installs include date appropriate ground controller voices.
  15. Su-25s for Iraq

Lol. The Russian ones just need a new paint job. As Wrench once said 'a decent skin can hide a multitude of sins!'
  16. Su-25s for Iraq

Blimey! Maybe someone at the IRGC read my post above!
  17. Su-25s for Iraq

They should've asked the Iranians for their planes back from 1991 - not sure what condition they're in now though!
  18. RIP Rick Mayall

Very sad news. RIP to one of the best comedians of his generation. The Young Ones was what we would nowadays call watercooler TV for pretty much everyone at my school back in the '80s.
  19. The WOI version of the Marcfighters Mi-8 already includes 2 Iraqi skins, 2 Syrian skins and a Libyan skin.
  20. What colours does TK use on his DLC Iranian F-14 skins?
  21. Looking for a book. Can anyone help?

I remember reading a novel back in the '80s about a group of terrorist (think they may have been a mix of IRA and arabs) who take the queen hostage in Buckingham Palace. The cover was red I think and had a picture of as throne with the queen's crown with an Uzi and it's sling draped across it. Been racking my brains as to what the book was called with a view to looking it up on ebay or Amazon but for the life of me I can't remember. Any ideas guys?
  22. Looking for a book. Can anyone help?

    Thanks for looking anyway Russ.
  23. Looking for a book. Can anyone help?

    Definitely Elizabeth II.
  24. Have you tried Fist Of The Fleet? http://skyhawks.combatace.com/main.htm Can't remember if any for the A-4L though.
