  1. Looks great. Are you going to post it here or pass it to Capun to include with the release of the plane? The beta only includes a Colombian skin. I'm trying to work on an Israeli one myself but don't have much free time at the moment
  2. QUOTE (aleks @ Jan 6 2009, 06:19 AM) SINGLE SEATER LAVI IS ON THE WAY
  3. List updated for Veltro's great Hudson and xearl's A-4E_IAF As we seem to have dropped off the sticky section, I'll keep updating the list, and if anyone has any WIP shots or anything else Israeli related then please feel free to post here and keep the thread in view. We seem to have quite a few Isreali weapons in the various weapons packs, so I'll post links to the packs, specifying which weapons are available in each as soon as I get some time.
  4. Great model Dels, and a real blast from the past in terms of flight sims. I remember flying the old F-29 Retaliator game on my Amiga back in the day. This is not a request by any means, but could the model be used as the basis for an F-20 Tigershark by editing the wings and stabs?
  5. At the risk of sounding like Wrench, 'The Knowledgebase is your friend!' http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=11833
  6. My first thought was that WW2 isn't really a starter with a 3 aircraft-type limit because that would be it, with no stock WW2 planes to fill out the game. Although I suppose you could do BoB with a choice from Spit/Hurri, 109/110 and He-111/Ju-88/Do-17 How about this one though: 1) WOE 2) TMF F-14A Tomcat, AD's A6M Zero, DAT SH-3 Seaking 3) DO's CVN, Widesky 4) Wrench's upcoming Pearl Harbour To quote the great Rolf Harris: 'Can you tell what it is yet?'
  7. Do you fly for your own nation?

    WW1 - 50/50 Germany and British WW2 BoB/Europe and Med - 75% British, 25% Germany WW2 Pacific - 75% US, 25% Japanese WW2 Eastern Front - 99% Germany IranIraq - Mainly Iranian WOE - Mostly USAF and RAF WOI - 100% Israeli WOV - 100% US Korea - 99% US, 1% other UN DACM mod - 50/50 USN and Aggressors
  8. A bit predictable by me, but here we go: 1) WOI fully patched 2) TMF Kurnass, TMF RF-4E, MiG-25 3) WOI weapons pack, Marcfighters Merkeva 4) Mideast from Dave's old Mid East War campaign pack (about 5 years ahead of it's time and covers a lot more ground than TK's version ) Edited for a typo!
  9. Purchase, download and directx update went fine. Installed with no problem and then went to fly a single mission. My plane (a USAF F-4E) didn't have any tailcodes, nor did my flight. The MiGs and IL-28s had only Soviet nose numbers, and no insignia. The ai flight of friendly Hunters had no markings or insignia at all, and neither did the B-57s parked at my airbase. I tried again with a USN F-4B with identical results. Then tried a campagin and again no one had markings or insignia as above. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and even downloaded the game again but keep getting the same results. My graphics settings have either been unlimited or high. I've had no such problems on any fully patched versions of SFG, WOV, WOE or WOI. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Allen
  10. Have you upgraded your weapons pack and maybe the missiles are not included in the weapondata.ini in the new version? that happened to me once.
  11. Thanks mate. OK, I've been troubleshooting this a bit. I downloaded and installed onto my wife's computer and it plays fine, with all of the planes having appropriate markings. So now I'm thinking rather than a bad download, that it's my system that's the problem. Here's what I've got: Packard Bell I-Xtreme 2600 P4 2.66ghz 512mb RAM 120gb hard drive Geforce4 Win XP Pro Saitek Cyborg Evo Now my wife's computer is newer but has only a 1.73ghz processor. However, she's got 1gb RAM as opposed to my 512mb. Could that be the problem?
  12. Don't know if this is relevant, but I think Iran is set as the FRIENDLY nation on the IranIraq map, and Iraq is the ENEMY. So if you've got the USN going up against the IRIAF then that would be blue on blue and the game may throw a fit.
  13. Happy holidays everyone!

    Happy holidays guys and gals!
  14. Isn't it the Su-39? If so it's in the file announcements section and in the downloads section.
