Can you Air-Refuel?

Different models have different buttons depending on which animation slot the model maker used. You should read the readme. Or use a fixed refuelling probe like on the A-6! As others have said, you can't actually refuel but you can practice flying close to a tanker and immersing yourself in the storyline of the mission you're flying.
