  1. Ok, not a combat flight sim, just the grandaddy of them all: subLOGIC's Flight Simulator 1. Actual framerate, too.
  2. hehe... this brought back memories... My first flight sim was subLOGIC's Flight Simulator 2 for the C=64 and my first combat sim was The Dam Busters, also for the C=64... back in 1984... But what really got me hooked was Falcon 3, a "few" years later.

RWR symbology I made for my F-14 avionics update, made available separately (someone might find it useful...) Just the .tga files, no instructions, if you need some check the original RWR Symbology post by Fubar512 (all credit to him, I just redid the graphic thingies): http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...p;showfile=6838

Works in SFP1, WOV, WOE and WOI* with the latest patch (Apr2008) *F-14D Ground Map Radar only works in WOI Included Weapon Pack with Drop Tanks, AIM-54s, TARPS and LANTIRN pods. (for info on how to add/edit weapons, see http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showforum=189) You'll need the Mirage Factory's F-14A model: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...mp;showfile=826 Detailed instructions inside, but I guess I should add: "First mod, so be kind..." ;-) Changelog: --------------------------- v1.0 - New AVIONICS.INI - New HUD graphics - New Radar graphics - New RWR Symbology - New LOADOUT.BMP and LOADING.BMP - Some cockpit textures redone, modified and/or resized - Edited DATA.INI and LOADOUT.INI - Included Weapon Pack (Drop Tanks, AIM-54s, TARPS and LANTIRN pods), Effects and Sounds v1.1 - New ADI textures: the -A and -B models have a slightly different (analog) ADI display than the -D model (digital). - New AA and AG Radar background textures. - Changed RWR background texture. - Changed the F-14D name in DATA.INI from "F-14D Tomcat" to "F-14D Super Tomcat". - Edited F-14_LOADING.BMP. enjoy, fractalnoise
