  10. WW1 Maritime Objects

Excellent! When the models are mapped, I'll send the LODs to you. Thanks for the help.
  11. WW1 Maritime Objects

First sinking ship experiment. I've started adapting a photo of a foundering ship, and adding an oil slick. Needs more work, but it looks like a good direction.
  12. WW1 Maritime Objects

Sure. Has anyone fooled around with FE in this regard? TK stripped a lot of the maritime code out when he developed FE, so I'm wondering how to approach the problem. Treat a ship like a LOD1 ground object, so LOD2 would be the destroyed version?
  13. WW1 Maritime Objects

Yes! Exactly what is needed for stuff like these Italian monitors.

  21. I can't work in the dark. Send me a PM with some of your completed art attached, so I have a city grid layout to work with. Only then will I know how big to make the models, and how to lay them out to look realistic.
  22. WW1 Maritime Objects

Maybe VonS has a "special" file tucked away in his toolbox?
  23. WW1 Maritime Objects

Yup - two versions. One, with sails and wake, and one with bare yardarms and no wake. I may experiment with some WW1 warships, to see if I can sorta/kinda recreate the drama of coal-fired black smoke!
