F-22 passed in the house here! Now its next obstacle is the floor. This is for a down payment of $369 million on 12 planes bringing the future count to 199 so far... If God is watching this I hope he answers my prayers! We need Raptors! New planes are a lot better than old stressed airframes!

I seriously doubt this is curtains for the Raptor. We'll see in the next months what happens. A lot of people are waking up and realizing what huge mistakes are being made in this country right now.

Looks like Dodd and Chambliss aren't going to let the F-22 Program go down without a fight to the death. They have vowed to continue to press for more F-22s. I hope their resolve remains strong and convinces more people in Congress that the Raptor is crucial for our future Defense and the standard of air power and superiority for the United States.

Apparently I am hearing that Obama "thanked" the Senate today and that this decision will "protect our troops." You have got to be ****-ing KIDDING ME. This guy needs to be caned for his stupidity!

My guess is the next Administration will restart it, just like Reagan restarted the Bone Program after Carter axed it. Reality is, there are many in Congress that want this aircraft still. There must be some sort of political pandering and incentive for those who voted 'no' on this. Only time will tell as to when they will realize the true importance of this aircraft and the fact that it's cheaper in the long run to have F-22s than to continuously fix aging F-15s and F-16s rather than replacing them with Raptors and Lightnings.

Now now... I'm sure it went down from mechanical problems. Last time there really was an incident was back in the days F-104s and MIG-19s were being used.

Being Croatian myself, I'm highly interested in this campaign. I have a book at home called "20th Century Air Warfare" that has some pictures from the Croatian War of Independence and the Bosnian War. On one page is a captured MIG-21MF in Natural Metal with a high-viz Gerbs on it. That would be one awesome skin to have for this campaign! Wish I had a scanned pic though for everyone to see.

I have set the SHOWFROMCOCKPIT=TRUE on the Nose and Fuselage as well as changed my near clip distances to number that practically equal zero before defaulting back to 0.2 and I still can't get the pillars or canopy frames to show in my B-52H stand-in pit. It's the one that is uses the C-130J pit and avionics. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Okay I have tried everything recommended to me and it hasn't worked. I don't think this plane has these frames modeled inside the plane. I am going to get the B-52 G/H from Column 5 and see if it works with that one.

Invulnerability? What is this, Iron eagle? I never knew about unlimited gun ammo on this game. I always ran out of ammo trying to saw wings off of fully armored TU-4s with my Corsair and just flying home. Now I'm gonna finish the job tonight.

BTW I still owe you guys a screen shot of what I'm talking about.

Why I think it balances things out! We also didn't wanna scare the French with our new weapon.

I'll give this a try when I get home to see if the pillars show. I don't know if there is inner framing on the inside. There is on the outside that is for sure.
