most of the DLCs are wasted money if you know bout this little site here...... the F-4N is about the only one better in DLC than here that i can think of (DECM as part of model, slotted stabs) and even then it does better when touched up with Sundowners templates!

i run a Radeon card (Win7, HD 7470 card, 8GB mem) and only have stutter when flying over Iceland in NA. true most say that SF2 and Radeon don't get along, but its not impossible. the last patch was released last July, so something had to have happened elsewhere if the problem is recent. and finally my two cents....... asking TK for another patch is as needed and wanted as a forced vasectomy!!! those that do mod this game have a serious love hate relationship with patches esp in finding what they break in mods and when he doesn't patch we can work around whats broke cause its known.

need more info bud. what game, heavy modded or stock install, is it a particular area/aircraft/mission or all that cause it. yes you can go back to a previous patch IF you saved your files before upgrading.

tried getting a hold of him on FB no reply yet. I am workin on skins for the KC-10 and if i had an OUT file for this bird could possibly ini dance the boom off and have a DC-10 as well. those that know me also know i prefer decalling my markings on and again i need to know what the meshname i'm putting it on is (even fuselage and 0.0,0.0 dont get an insignia to show). YES i could add straight to skin, but thats not my usual modus operandi and i can get a slight bit more variety with tga. anyone that could get ahold of him or has an out file for this handy (its in the ODS mod) your help would be greatly appreciatted. some samples of the WIP, tho i also want to do KDC-10 and some DC-10s if i can get teh booms off

i'll send the skins for the Extender to ya say by next sunday. in the middle of the ini dance to decal the Douglas scheme, and given its the first skin to get it, ALOT of trial and error. the planes are there for mission editing, just not exactly historically accurate skins for the tankers

Hey BeachAV8R, there are KC-10 and -135 in ODS, for eye candy. Assuming you have mission editor, you could set them on an orbit (loiter for 2-3 hours) and go by as a way point. The KC-10 as is in the mod is for the gunship gray used in the 90s. But i am working on the Douglas and Shamu skins for them right now, then shortly the -135s.

Cant answer about ini specifics, but by observtion no. Fake pilot method is so named because it that added object as if it was a pilot, and when was the last time you saw a pilot get up and walk around in SF?

tried removing in the data ini, similar to antennea and what i did with Dels Hercs to get rid of the dispensers on the nose. no joy there trying to eliminate boomer and tailgun1 in the data.ini. but it was useful in that i now know how to exactly match the meshnames up. or the difference in capital F and lowercase f..... the numbers wil be seriously big on this one, but now i can tie units into serials and have a variety like i want. as for DC-10, i'll keep tinkering. and this will be released AI!!!!!!!!!!! the beast bobs like a bipolar crackhead on a pogo stick if not on autopilot.
