here is the zepplin.... there is also another file you need for one of those missions,,,its called the subbase facility,,,,or something like that,,,i used to have it,,but dont anymore.... you can get the zepplin from the link in this post,,or,,you can get madmats installer, which in addtion to the zepplin, gives you the gotha,,all the files you need for seeing searchlites in some nite time bombing missions, and a slew of missions that have been built. There are a few in there by axgrinder (axs plea,,,axes gauntlet) that wont play due to an aircraft mission... the link to the installer is here... http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...p;showfile=9131 click on the download file near the bottom... or if you just want the zepplin,,,dbl click this link i do recommend get madmats thou,,,its easier,,and it gives you alot of files you will probably need at some point in time. after it installs the files, there is an optional download of the 1.30c hardcore damage model. if you already have it, or you prefer the normal damage model,,,just say no...

well..from your first few posts,,,i didnt realise that you where not getting anything on your monitor,,,thout you where at least getting the logo screen, and all that stuff., so assumed that you where getting far enough along to get into the bios.....from what you are telling me now,,sounds like the motherboard is not even powering up,,(ie the previous post i made) If you want, i can get on teamspeak with you tomorow,,,even if you dont have a mic,,there is text chat there... No offense,,,,but if you dont know how to get into bios,,,,you probable are going to need some assistance along the way to get this up and running.... Especially if you are going to do raid..... I should get back to work around 230...If you want to get on..let me know, so i can juggle my schedule...
-
just a guess here,,,,but did you do both power connectors... also,,,are you planning on doing raid??
-
also noticed,,,in the "intergrated periphials Menu" section of the bios,,,there is a "usb config" option.... from that option, you can enable or disable usb keyboard support... know you tried both a usb and ps2 keyboard,,,,but maybe the ps2 keyboard is bad....
-
lol..ok,,,that thru me,,, did you find the halt on setting in the bios,,,and change it to "all except keyboard" curious, are you doing raid? (cause that caused me all sorts of grief on mine,,,)
-
sorry,,,a bit confused,,, thout you where halting on a post message......if windows is starting, then the computer has posted succesfully..... Going to assume that you loaded windows on this computer? If so, then you must have gotten to the point where you got "press any key to boot from cd"....... If all this is true,,your posting ok,,and that 08 is just what stays in the led's.....so,,its not a posting error,,its something else,,,, Can you let me know just how far along in the windows installattion you got?

Think its time we consider getting a schedule toghether so that pilots have an idea of what might be happening when. Boys of 60 have one, and they run pretty smooth. Games are going up alot more than they used to be (understatement to say the least), but its still hit or miss. There are some obviouse problems that would have to be worked out,,,times that would accomadate everyone, whos going to host on such and such a day, and im sure a slew more. And some pilots might not like the idea of a structured schedule. Not saying this would have to be etched in stone, just something to give pilots an idea of what days there is at better than 50% chance there will be a game up. But its just a thout, and am throwing it out there for ideas and or critisism,,,(my mother abused me as a child,,so i can take it..) Have tossed one on here just as an example. Personally i would like to see more variety in what we play. In addition to teamdog fights, maybe throw in some competative ones, where labels, targeting helpers etc are not allowe,,,play in DiD standard if you will.. Same with missions. MatMatt is working on getting campaign missions available in multiplayer, which i think is going to be a blast. Wed, (and some others) are boys of 60 days, so was thinking good day to do Tuturials like ax had couple weeks ago. And have asked Stump to make us some cool pylons, so we can have races... Hoperfully, if we can get one worked out, incorporating everyones ideas, we can get it posted up on the Doves and Hawks site.

Looking at it quick, it appears that if a session is scheduled, with no specific host, then anyone willing to host the session will have to add another event to the same day, indicating that they will host. Dont think anyone can edit someone elses event on the calander. It should work,,,as anyone clicking on that day will see all the entries made for that day... (the kids are in the back,,,going,,,,,arewethereyet,,,arewethereyet,,,,arewethereyet....)
-
i asked that same question, and its a pretty obvious answer,,,,,,,,,eventually some knucklhead will come in and post something inappropriate,,,,and while it may seem lousy that everyone must suffer, its just the way it is... I cant see the delay involved here being anything more than one day, so if we use the calander for the purpose I interpret it to be used (sheduled sessions,,,not "on a whim" sessions)...would think that over time we would get used to having to put anything we need/want to put up with enought advance that they are posted with enough time for ppl to see.. just as a test,,i am going to put in an entry for a session, and see if i can edit that entry to indicate that i am willing to host the session.. hey,,thout u where on vacation...

there is a bios setting there...called halt on....you can set it to halt on all errors except keyboard,,,,that might let it continue on....... and saw the 08 post on the manual... but,,,even if you start the computer without a keyboard,,,that should not stop the computer from posting... if anything,,,you should get a message like.."keyboard error...hit f1 to continue"..or something like that...but you would get that AFTER it posted.... it should not halt the post.....

will post anything i find,, this one seems to indicate memory,,not keyboard http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.asp?m=333333

Exploding Aircraft and Error Message
sitting_duck replied to Ras's topic in WOFF 1 2 3 / UE - General Help
Ok..thanks.. I dont think you would be wasting your time if you called your isp, and asked them if they felt the speeds you are getting are in line with the service they are supposed to be providing.. But a 270 ms ping for a speedtest site near you is incredibly bad....should be in the low dbl digits.. -
OVS...been a while since i dug this stuff out,,,but,,,i have 2 roms for superbreakout...one is a .bin file,,,,and the other is an .a52 file.... I got a bunch of emulators...seems like most of them will emulate the 5200, but none of them open the .a52 file... and one called jump,,,or something close to that opens the .bin file,,but its too small in normal view...and a pain to find all the options in full screen.. what emulator do you use for 5200 bin files,,,,and do you have anything that opens a52 files? just on memory alone,,i think i used an emulator called x200...but we are going back a ways,,,could be wrong.. i know i have something that works,,cause i used to play this game alot,,,just cant remeber how i used to do it..

Was hoping that (if possible) anyone posting games on a regular basis, could be givne whatevver permissions are necessary to put up a calander post. Im looking forward to a scenario where sessions are sceduled, but then we need ppl to post that they are willing to host a specific session on a specific date,.. By this i mean if we have team dogfights scheduled every tuesday evening, in addition to putting the event on the calander, we need to be able to have ppl add in that they will host it.....the ip, etc etc. I think the forum is the best place for "spontaneous" (spelling????) games, where someone decides they have the time to throw something up quick that nite, and the calander is better suited for games that will be played 3..4..days in advance..or every tues.. ovs said he should be able to keep up with the requests,,,just dont think its fair to expect him (or anyone else for that matter) to be checking whatever it is he has to check every half hour to see if someone put something up.. and there are ppl on the other side of the world that will hopefully be using this, so those posts will be going up when we are all in bed.....

The "normal" way of doing it, would be to get in thru the off manager, select the missions option, and when you get to the "active pilot for duty" window, go to where the missions are listed..scroll to the bottom, and select custome missions available,,,only problem is that it hangs for almost everyone doing this. alternative is ...from the off manager, select multiplayer,,,from the active pilot for duty window scroll to the bottom again, and select the custome missions available again. Next screen give you 2 medals..one multiplayer, one mission. Selecting the mission medal gives you a flyout with three tabs,,,,training,,qc, and something else,,and these give you the contents of the historical, training and what if missions folders...forget what tab gives you what folder... but,,,it is easier to just put it allll in training...

ras,,,did you happen to do that speed test yet on the other computers? Dont know how taxing fsx is on your internet. And sorry if you were trying to connect to me...all i did is start the game,,,and didnt start flying at my end (u can usually join at that point) but the game crashed eventurally. I do have a game up, if you want to try and join, but still would be intererestd to see if all your computers are getting the same numbers on speed test. -
think its the 5200 emulator for atari,,at least for the game i play...could be we are just thinking about different games,,,,but dont think breakout was on the 2600...could be wrong
