hello im new to adding mods and i just downloaded Redstorm V 3.0 I overcopied the files with an updated version of WOE and the mod wont run? it isnt even shown when i start the game the readme says you can get the files needed but im very confused.. ? thank you in advance if you can shed some light on how to run most of the mods that are created, i would be very happy :)

GREAT!!!!! im impressed with the new damage model... (no more one burst kills) Dev's outstanding work as usual, I also have to agree that it is about as perfect as you can get within the limits of the game itself.. Take a well deserved break im sure you guys deserve every minute

Hi Pol, Just did a mission with the new 1.28 and when i came out of warp i was upside down still.. also i noticed that the second flight in my jasta crashed when i came out of warp (they were going low high low high.. crash) this was Jasta 12 April 1918.. Hope this is some useful info ;) Anyways besides that everything i can see is just great, I especially like how your wingman remember to find you again right when you press R.. not like before where it seemed sometimes they had a mind of their own and wanted the Blue max as a one man air force ha,ha.. besides that im graetly satisfied!! Hello all, I have to agree with the above poster on this one.. we cant win em all and i generally thought subsim was a good bunch of folks.. well i guess that aviators and sub monkeys will never understand each other.. my advice is to drop it and move on.. we are proud of our community, and rightly so.. :) I think OFF is great and it keeps gettin better and better, Blue781

Hello All, Not to agree or disagree.. Im looking at my claim form right now and it has distinctly RE5 and RE5a Viper... it was one of the best British fighters of the First world war.. go fly for RFC56 and youll see.. anyways dosent matter as long as your set up right and enjoying OFF thats all that matters!! :) Cheers, Blue

My thoughts exactly... The damage model is greatly improved but maybe they sacrificed in the name of a better damage model.. seems a bit unrealistic to kill 7 in one mission.. just my thoughts and it is in no way a criticism.. ;) Blue..

Hi Stuntjumper, I went over to your site and really am considering to join.. the only problem is that you meet at around 8 pm in the US (EST) but i live in Germany.. (6 hours difference) and as im sure many others are wondering about the same thing.. how do you propose to fix this? will there eventually be different servers? Hello, Very impressed with the first impressions of the new patch.. had a quick scramble over home airfield in our Fokkers and we quickly made short work of them, but the damage model is greatly improved!! watched the wings get blown off one.. Pilot jumped in front of my eyes, and another in flames with no wings spiral into the ground.. Im really hoping the hardness factor was not effected nor sacrificed in order to give a better kill model/cinematics... But overall not done yet but it looks really good!!!!! Hi TVO I found this today concerning the RE5a The Royal Aircraft Factory Se5 was one of the finest fighter aircraft of the First World War, although its introduction was hampered by problems with its advanced engine design. The Se5 was a superb gun platform, but lacked the dog-fighting agility of the more famous Sopwith Camel. The Se5 design was distinctive in the use of an over-wing mounted Lewis machine gun, which allowed for a greater sweep of firepower, or the ability to fire at an enemy from below. No.1 Squadron was the founder squadron of the Royal Flying Corps in 1912 and as such has a special place in RAF history. In early 1918, the squadron, equipped with the improved SE5a fighters, engaged in low level attacks against advancing German forces and helped to repel their last desperate attacks. As the Allied air campaign moved onto the offensive, 1 Squadron Se5a’s were employed in providing fighter cover for the more vulnerable bomber aircraft. I looked for info on the official name of the RE5a (Viper) and couldnt find much not sure why (and the 'SE' gets me too? look on your claim form for kills and its is definitly RE5 or RE5a) but here is a bit of honest info off of Wiki for ya!! Grüsse Todt, That may be true 2 guns are sometimes better than one, but the RE5 for example will give you a good challenge especially in the hands of a skilled flyer.. If you are in an Albatross against a RE5 in my opinion u will have a very tough time... (the alb turns like a flying sink.. UGH) now with a Fokker especially late war models... you are a butcher and are unstoppable especially against Camels.. ;) Have Fun and Pop around to Jasta 12 sometime.. Its my favorite Jasta to fly with.. (We are the black tailed bastards of Jasta 12) LG, Blue781
