Can we have a hint please?

Will wonders never cease! They posted but out of order. The fourth pic is from the Delaware Valley air museum. The Fokker DVIII is a 7/8 or 3/4 scale replica. The curator told me that when the builder finished it the cg was way off so he donated it to the museum. Seems like that should have been an easy fix. A little weight in the tail or nose? I stopped by the Udvar-Hazy museum last summer. Not exactly near my house but I will find some pics to post from there.

I hope this works I have a lot of trouble posting pictures! The first pic is from the Delaware Valley air museum which is only a few minutes drive from my place. They used to have several German and Japanese planes from WW2 but the navy took them away. Here is the link to their site http://wingsoffreedommuseum.org/ The other four pics are from the Golden Age Air Museum which is about an hours drive. http://www.goldenageair.org/ The Dr1 might have an original rotary engine. When I was there they were making a big fuss about the engine. I hope these come through.

Sounds like you had a great time. Are you going to follow up with more lessons? Does Emily share your passion for flight she sounds like she might be a keeper!

What a horrible way to die that was. One instant you are safe in your trench and the next instant buried under tons of mud. I find archaeological news like this fascinating. Look at the size of the dig and the preservation of wood, paper, and leather artifacts. Amazing! Olham do you have a link to that video? -
Who are the "...inside men"?

Urgent\help needed from the PC tecchies
DonL replied to tranquillo's topic in WOFF UE/PE - General Discussion
I had a problem a few weeks ago where my computer would only get as far as the motherboard splash screen. I would get 1 beep and then it would freeze. The solution was to uplug all usb connections and than it booted up fine. It doesn't sound like your problem is exactly the same as mine but it is an easy thing to do. Good luck -
Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines is one of my all time favorites. I watched it a few weeks ago on cable. But at the other end of the aviation era is the movie The Right Stuff. I love the scene where Chuck Yeager tries to break an altitude record in the F-104.

Many excellent movies mentioned. My Favorite is Dr Strangelove ( or how I stopped worrying and learned to love the bomb) Gotta love Peter Sellers. "You can't fight in here this is the war room"

I just signed up for it. Thanks for the heads up. Hope I get selected. -
They are now saying that it could hit anywhere between northern Canada and southern South America. Way to narrow it down guys !

Shiloh, you stopped to take pictures? Glad you are safe!

We are about 20 miles north of Philadelphia, PA . We had loads of heavy rain (the news was claiming 8 inches) but the winds were not as bad as they were expecting. We stocked up on beer, wine, and water. We still have a lot of the water left . Our house stayed dry and we did not lose electric power although many people in this area did lose power. To those north of us stay inside and ride it out.

http://www.bbc.co.uk...gazine-13924720 I thought this might be of interest to the forum. Imagine killing each other one day and playing soccer against each other the next. Wonder what is left of the Spitfire?

I fly with the British. I love the Sopwith Pup it is a fun airplane to fly, with great visibiltiy and gentle manners. It is a great plane to just fly around the French countryside! Olham, love the Warsteiner, the wife and I used to go to a Deli that had great sandwiches and served Warsteiner. Every now and then I will pickup a case, however last weekend I bought a case of lager from a brewery called Weihenstephaner, sounds as if it is from your neck of the woods. They claim to be the worlds oldest brewery, whatever it tastes good and we have almost finished the case!

I have just installed Between Heaven and Hell on a new pc. I have the compressed super patch and mini patch on my desktop. When I extract them will they automatically extract to where they are supposed to go or will I have to put a destination path in? I am using the rar extract frog software to do the extracting.

Question about extracting the super patch

Very impressive looks like the original owner just took it off and hung it up. It said that he has owned this for 30 years I wonder how he found it? Also this is a really neat website did anyone see this? http://warrelics.eu/military_forum/incredible-ww1-ground-digged-find-german-helmets-gas-masks-44/ Thanks for posting this.
