  1. Haha, yeah, sounds more Italian: "Isetta"... The most famous 50s and 60s Italian car here was the FIAT "Goggomobil". Here is a 4-seater version - they dared call it a "limousine"! Modest humble days...
  2. Okay, I see in my dict that "modest" has many meanings - I learnt something.
  3. What is there to explain??? Is "humble" better? They made do with less. The common people had no money for big cars in the 50s. So they managed to stuffed themselves into these little cabin cars.
  4. Hauksbee, the Germans were just much more modest in those days. Here is a HEINKEL Kabinenroller from the 50s...
  5. Well, but it still is a Bf108 then, innit? I said, kinda hybrid - I won, I won!
  6. Mmuahahahahaaa!!! Clever as the beautiful lady is looking, I bet she can even tell the difference between a Fokker D.VII and the D.VIIF !
  7. Hmmm... - looks like a hybrid of a Messerschmidt Bf 108 Taifun and a Messerschmidt 109 Hispano-Suiza. Maybe the angle - I'd go for the 108, because of the canopy. EDIT: Jim's craft, I meant - no idea what yours is, Widow! I like your avatar, by the way! Does your Border Collie often use your computer, when you aren't sitting at it? (He looks as if he knew how to get into WIKIPEDIA!)
  8. Geeze, you know your business, Jim! How did you recognise the powerplant? I love the look of both planes - the Pilatus and the Tucano! somehow beautiful airfcraft!
  9. Argh, a banana! If you can tell me this prop-driven aircraft (not the jet), you can win your banana back!
  10. I don't want a banana, Jim - can I have a mango? It wasn't too hard, once I had found out which air force emblem that was. But I admit, I hadn't even known the craft before! I guess it is this one (the name is hidden in the image)...
  11. More to guess? I came too late (but then I hadn't known the craft anyway... ).
  12. Haha, naw, elephant, I wanted to make some houses and a Chateau for a Roucourt mod. But I'm simply too spring-tired and lazy these days - can't get myself started...
  13. Wow, that is a close-up details shot - sexy, the "Viper"! How is WOFF running for you with so much detail on the ground, Adger?
  14. Woahahahaaa!!! She has good talking! Looks like a pretty painful crash! Reminds me of two friends with a hang gliding kite I saw on the Berliner Teufelsberg many years ago. One owned the kite, but he let the other try it out. After an eternity of fixing all straps, the feller ran down the slope, made a short lift off, and then went down ans slammed into a meadow. He didn't move too much first, and I thought, every bone was broken. But then he came up at last, with the help of his friend, who had run down the hill. He could at least stand. But I could see he seemed to have grass in his mouth. Ouch! I thought...!
  15. I don't succeed either - I see a text line for an attachment which I cannot see.
  16. Thanks a lot, Hellshade, great compliment! But mind you: the Albatros in the last tableau were all painted by OvS! (I know he is OvStachel now, but for me he will always remain OvS. :D )

  18. Yes, I did some first flying today, and made some screenshots. WOFF is running smoother than ever for me, despite the new shaders - wonderful!
  19. Wow, that sounds promising - thank you, Hauksbee!
  20. Yes, up and running - all seems fine so far. Looking forward to some weekend flying! Wow, this was yet a rare view among WOFFers: Gothas over England! Great pics, Adger!
  21. Just downloaded WOFF_3 ! Now I backup the drive, before I install - in an hour or less I should be there! Horrido!!!
  22. Wow - have you been through a car-wash with your DH-4, Adger? The new shine and gloss looks impressive! Maybe a tad overdone (IMHO), but impressive.
  23. Even, if they are half within each other? Like two spheres, which not just touch each other, but are partly moved into each other?
  24. Tomorrow we have a bank holiday here - "Ascension Day" - and I hope I'll get started (if the weather isn't too nice). Hauksbee - - did you ever work with SketchUp? Said to be easier, and can be converted to GMax. - can several "bodies" get merged together, or must all of the 3D form be formed out of one single body?
