I've both but I play much more OFF. ROF has a nicer engine but has not much content yet. Here you've a really SP campaing. It can be really immersive. Besides you get big support in this forum and people are nice. The devs team are always listening to the community, improving and optimizing the sim. As for the MP part I confess didn't tried yet in both. As for the TrackIR question, yest it work well, because this game is mod version for CS3 (you must have in order to play OFF)

I'm a retro gamer so give me any old game (8 bit or 16 bit) and I'll play it for fun. But the game I play most is ARMA II. I'm waiting for their new expansion "Operation Arrowhead".

My copy arrived in Portugal 8 days after placing the order. If we discount the time it might have been in the customs office, I'd say it was quite quick. Welcome.

I too have a TIR4 working with TIR5 software. It works quiet well in all the games I've tried so far. But be careful I think you'll have to create your personal profiles (if that's the case) again. AFAIK, TIR4 software profiles are not compatible with TIR5 software.

I've a Microsoft Sidewinder FFB Pro. I play late at night with headphones. One of the times I woke my wife with the noise produced by the joystick. My wedding is in danger. Is there any option, inside the game, where I can regulate the force or the shaking of force feedback? Thanks.

I'm too new to OFF and still trying to optimize to notice any real difference before and after the patch. But one of the things I do after patching a game, is to defrag the HD. Depending on what is the patch patching, it can make the whole difference. In this case it seems to have been a rather large patch. So why not give it a try.

Thanks. Actually I played Wings a couple months ago in my PC. I've Amiga Forever Emulator. It doesn't stand to our days standard, but what people enjoyed on that sim was the real sense of historic immersion. Today Wings is considered by Amiga enthusiasts on of the top ten best games in Amiga. Personally it's one of the ten best games I ever played.

No chance Olham. I've been searching, and searching, and it was never released in DVD. It's frustrating since a lot of people mention this series as being one of the best in the genre. I've a copy in 5 DVD that was transfered from a VHS source. It's the best we can get. Maybe someday they will officially release it.

I'm not waiting since 1983, but since Wings in Amiga 500 I don't play any kind of WWI sim. I bought the "Flying Corps" but I almost didn't touched at the time. To be honest I'm not really so much interested in flght sims as I'm with the historic period in question. I'm a WWI buff. Anyway last week, I saw an annoucement of Rise of Flight. That was too much for me. I was urged to buy it. But beetween the time of ordering and receiving I went into WW1 sim forums and saw some mention to a sim called OFF as having a better campaign mode than ROF. That was too much for me. I just picked my Credit Card and here I'm after ordering it today. I just don't know what to do now. How I come to this mess? I mean how I will arrange time to play both ROF and OFF3 (ah! and ARMA II)? My job, my family, Aaarrrrgggghhhhhh! I'm open to suggestions.
