i had the same problem no cure while the patch installed , i tried removing the patch and it worked correctly!

you are using XR version and i use normal one which is come with f-15E_94 @ericj : thats JDAM-ER and yes its bigger than the normal coz i made 2 version one is the usaf jdam-ER and the second one is Shrera-ER ( fictional bomb )
