  1. Nope, nothing there in single player. I saved some missions and it appears that it's not even putting the aircraft carriers on the ground. Also, the carrier based entry gets marked as false. See here: [AircraftMission012] Name=GOPHER AircraftType=A-4C Size=2 Alignment=FRIENDLY RandomChance=100 MissionType=STRIKE TargetArea=P7 Airfield ObjectiveID=13 RatingForSuccess=100 StartOnGround=TRUE CarrierBased=FALSE <--------------------------------------------- Position=663085.939174,656250.001657,4269.000000 Heading=185.946411 Speed=187.815170 StartTime=0.000000 BaseArea=Alpha Station Waypoint[01].Command=TAKEOFF Waypoint[01].Position=0.000000,0.000000,0.000000 Waypoint[01].Size=0.000000 Waypoint[01].Speed=0.000000 Waypoint[02].Command=DEPART Waypoint[02].Position=0.000000,0.000000,0.000000 Waypoint[02].Size=0.000000 Waypoint[02].Speed=0.000000 Waypoint[03].Command=WAYPOINT Waypoint[03].Position=662357.761081,654682.651067,4269.000000 Waypoint[03].Size=1500.000000 Waypoint[03].Speed=187.815170 Waypoint[04].Command=INITIAL_POINT Waypoint[04].Position=607703.155379,354747.992256,4269.000000 Waypoint[04].Size=1500.000000 Waypoint[04].Speed=187.815170 Waypoint[05].Command=OBJECTIVE_POINT Waypoint[05].Objective=TRUE Waypoint[05].Position=628696.841492,328872.474007,4269.000000 Waypoint[05].Size=1500.000000 Waypoint[05].Speed=187.815170 Waypoint[06].Command=WAYPOINT Waypoint[06].Position=654572.359741,349866.160119,4269.000000 Waypoint[06].Size=1500.000000 Waypoint[06].Speed=187.815170 Waypoint[07].Command=WAYPOINT Waypoint[07].Position=673673.492360,489747.044080,4269.000000 Waypoint[07].Size=1500.000000 Waypoint[07].Speed=187.815170 Nation=USN FormationType=USFighter PilotTrainingStandard=EXCELLENT Loadout=Strike AmmoPercent=100 FuelPercent=100 TracerMixRatio=6 Texture=USNGrey1 Squadron=VA93 AircraftNumber=0 KillMarking=0
  2. The Gobi Desert? Howabout Vietnam? What about that A-7(?) you are flying?.... no wait, what the hell is it that you are flying?
  3. 13 May, 1981 The European conflict isn't in a war yet, but it might as well be. Open conflict has existed for a week now since 2 Norwegian submarines were sunk on separate occasions somewhere in the Baltic Sea. NATO has stood on high alert and the US Air Force has packed a hell of a doozie to get back at the Warsaw Pact. Two cruisers suspected of hunting down and sinking the Norwegian subs are heading west as part of a show of force to NATO. My squadron, called up from Utah, has been given the task of penetrating Soviet airspace at low level, then locating and destroying the two cruisers in a surprise raid. Tensions are high, and no one knows if this will send a message to the Soviets or make things worse, but one thing's for sure: I'm leaving the peaceful Dutch for possibly the last time to perform a mission they Navy should have been tasked with in the first place. We cruise at 4,000 ft on a routine course used for training. When it's time to turn east we drop to 200 ft to surprise the Soviet air defenses. 5 minutes from target the Spark-varks start transmitting noise to the Soviet radar sites. These are the targets. The low level ingress is hairy, but it's easier to show you then it is to explain it, because I'm tired. Somehow, we make it out of danger and hit our cruise altitude of 22,000 ft for the ride back so we can conserve fuel. I line up for approach and take her in. When I left this morning diplomats were discussing ways to circumvent total war, I imagine I just made our guys' job a hell of a lot harder!
  4. Here's a video I made of the first mission I made using the mission editor. I didn't include shots of the ME, but this was mainly to show how the mission will run after the user makes it. The only weird thing is that my wingman fires into thin air after we warp back to the ship..... no Star Trek talk intended. Keep in mind that I am using a HEAVILY modded install, and that may be a factor.
  5. YAY! I just bought mine!!!!! YAYYYYY!!!!
  6. Maybe this is it.... maybe... I forgot, I don't even use it anymore. http://combatace.com/files/file/7788-speech-pack/
  7. Sorry, that's my video and I didn't mean to sound unwilling, I just lack the time. Here is the link (I think, it's been a while) http://combatace.com/files/file/7799-update-to-my-speech-pack/ BTW, check out my other vids. I have some more ideas to work on, but once again, I lack the time. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=thesweatleaf&aq=f

r u sure about that center pylon with the bomb?
  11. The Sparrow capability looks like a change to me! But it is a cool change.
  12. Saudi F-15SA deal details released

In my opinion, $29 Billion isn't bad profit for the sales. That only bad point is that it's the Saudis and Bin Laden's family runs that place. The place as a whole seems to be another repressive regime that we support. Those are some good weapons. We should also discuss why a nation like Saudi Arabia hasn't been able to develop it's own aeronautical industry with indigenous designs.
  13. I thought that would be retarded, but I'm drunk and I laughed. Haha, f***in' funny.
  14. Were you in the Marines?
  15. It actually goes supersonic with ordinance! (This is a SFP1 plane ported into SF2) GET SOME! AHHH!!!! Freakin guns jammed! DAMN YOU ADEN! Meanwhile, elsewhere on the battlefield...
  16. I've got the altitudes in Missioncontrol.ini set the way I want, but I can't get the Intruders to be assigned to fly at low altitudes. I've checked A-6A_DATA.ini, but I don't think it's there. Is there a way to set up specific aircraft to prefer to fly at VERY_LOW, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, or VERY_HIGH?
  17. Procurement Explained
