  1. Happy Birthday To

    Many happy returns mate!
  2. They could very well be added to any normal vipers from wpnssgt, USAFMTL etc withouth a great deal of fuss, would just need a bit of twiddling with the loadouts and datas. Oh as for the Blk 60, hold your horses
  3. If you go into the Objects section in the 3rdW sims downloads, there a are quite a few landing light mods available for both stock and 3rd party add-on aircraft. Here are a couple for example... http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autom...p;showfile=3530 http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autom...p;showfile=2200 8lein had made quite a few landing lights, however it appears that he has pulled his files from the downloads section. You may also want to look through the Objects section for the airfield lights mods, these are very good indeed and add an effective sense of immersion.
  4. New Simmer Amoung Us

Congratulations Ron! All the best to you and yours.
  5. There certainly are, I know for a definite fact that the F-16I Sufa has one
  6. Don't really get that much time for campaigns or single missions, nearly all of the time is spent modding and testing. When I do get a chance though, I like to spend it on some of the great campaigns available. OTC or the Nato Fighters packs for example.
  7. It looks like you may have your Deploy and Retract values the wrong way round. The Deploy value should be lower than the Retract value.
  8. Aha well good mate, I'm from Slough in Berkshire, although half my family come from Welwyn.
  9. I don't know if you've asked him at all, but bpao is a genius at mapping 3D models.
  10. I do remember C5 saying that he was quite keen on a Mirage special NF edition.
  11. No problem mate, did you get my pm? Hey I see you're from Hertfordshire, where abouts?
  12. It is very easy to have more than one pilot model in the game, and it is the exact same procedure as the rest of the 3rdW series flight sims. First of all, you need to extract the pilot lod file from the ObjectData.cat file. When this is done you need to rename it and the new bitmap you have painted to a filename of your choice. Now, you need to get yourself a hex editor (this is a tool that can edit the lod files, a simple google will get you one.) With the hex editor you need to open your newly named lod file and do a text string search to find where the bitmap paint file is listed. When you have done this you need to type in the name of the new bitmap over the existing one. When you have done this, save it and place both the new lod and bitmap in the aircraft folder. The last stage is to edit the data.ini of the aircraft you want your new german pilot in. Wrench's site has a good tutorial on how to go about doing this.... http://wrench1smog.com/wrench14.html Hope this helps you. As for the gas shell mod, I wouldn't know.
  13. Who Cares?

Of all the latest "Socialite" celebs, I couldn't really give a toss about, they don't deserve the limelight more than the average joe. If someone has worked themselves hard to earn the recognition they should be applauded.
  14. Don't worry Mannie, the Sufa is gonna be great. Got a lot more things fixed on it since its initial release.
  15. Happy Birthday To..........

Many happy returns! I'm gonna be the one take the plunge, may the force be with you!
  16. No problem mate, what browser are you using? Sometimes whether it be IE or FF can affect it. FF gives me that weird crap every now and again.
  17. Do you get a load of gobbldygook when you try to download it? If so, right click on the download link and select save as. I just tried it that way and it works.
  18. That is Pasko's Super Stallion from YAP, yes.
  19. jtin, you are right about having to edit the model in order to place lights on a groundobject. You can create them as light sources in max and change their intensity, position direction etc. I don't believe it can be done without having the original source max file to edit.
  20. On the way back from Duxford RAF museum, I passed this....
