  1. ok I will, here you go.Mentor_DATA.ini and thank you once again. You helped me in the past with that SU-25 (plane was tipping on a side slowly in time) and you help me now again.
  2. well actually it literally flips forward, with no shifting in sides...It simply falls in its...nose a sort of speak. I guess I have to fiddle with the main gear rolling radius ? Thanks anyway for the insight, now I am no longer in the dark when encountering this sort of problem.

  4. What is that a refuelling pod in the game ? Act as a pod but in the same time makes sure that fuel never ends ? I missed when such thing launched and I don't know how to use it. I need a little help here please.
  5. I managed to see what happens seconds before plane explodes. It bounces slightly and enters, tilting, into the ground at a 45 degree angle and explodes...I tried it with stock terrains and it does the same...Also the airfields.ini files are in the terrain folder as Wrench instructed in an old thread but it didn't help.

  7. I know what a refuling basket/pod is (in reality), I didn't know what it does in game. So using it (attaching to your plane's wings) would it give you infinite fuel or ....? I ask that cause you weren't specific.
  8. well first it was a little confusing for me too but I managed to coexist with the new system. I guess adapting is the answer to your problem.

I thought of that but I thought also that the game itself, meaning the CAT which holds aircraft, if NOTHING (which it packed already inside its archive) is there, then it will override bringing in the game whatever plane it has in the archive and I have deleted them from the folder. Are you sure that CAT won't get out of its sleeve this trick ? PS - Does that CAT archive utility work for SF1 series files too ? or is it made for both ?
  10. Did ever canada got F-14s ? in 99,99 % articles show no such thing, but I found a wiki kindda website which says that Canada purchased some "cf-188 super tom cats" and says about purchasing some ex USA carrier etc. is this a fantesy or ...?

  12. So it was not just me and a broken software, good to know. Kevin, I was afraid you were gonna say that. I hoped it was in ANSI. Too bad. However why are now the LODs locked ? What can you do with them except modding and use them in SF1/SF2 ?
  13. I tried to extract Object.CATs from SF2 NA (I used the CAT extractor for SF2) but I can't get them out. How can I extract the planes please ?

  15. Is there any E-2 (X) Hawkeye model built ? I looked into Sf1/Sf1 download sections finding none, but I know that there are a lot of FM which are not here on the site. Just asking. If it exist and someone can provide it I want to make a new AWACS mode for it. Thank you.
  16. I see but I can't find it in download section. Could you, please, assist in tracking it or at least point me in the right direction ? (who made it, who has it , last known location of the file etc). I also checked other websites which keep SF1/2 files but no luck.
  17. What element should I consider to make a Tu-16 loaded with 24 FAB-500 take off without breaking its legs (wings landing gear) please? So far I tried to boost its engine power, it didn't work. I guess something with the landing gear section matters here but how ?

  19. I run into some OV-10D plane. Everything works fine except the take-off when you try to switch the autopilot for that. The aircraft takes a turn and goes ahead ...the fields taking off eventually. The other AI aircraft can't, they are going in circle forever. What is causing that ? I state that I didn't interfere with aircraft data files and I tried it into WOI. Any hint would be appreciated. PS - I have another OV-10A with different LOD model which works fine.
  20. Please tell me, is it enough to put in terrain's nation.ini a limited nation list and I will see only THOSE enemy and friendly planes in that list or it doesn't work that way ?

I did that, it still won't work (other nation aircraft other than in the list still appear in the theater, ex arab planes in Europe map etc) and in some cases , when specific map is loaded, the game crashes. The only way it works it's the HARD way, meaning you have to get out of the aicraft folder all other planes you don't need , but still there 's a problem, you have to rebuild the CAT for aircraft and delete them from there (the ones you don't want them), which is insane anyway.
