  1. Does your book have any info on the actual location of the fuel tanks? Also, the plane is equipped with chaff and flares, 60 of each. I would think that for a plane of this era, chaff would be the only countermeasure, but it would carry a lot more than 60. Anything on that in the book?
  2. If you need volunteers, I would love to help with flight models for the Voodoos (already got one in development for erikgen's version) and F-102 (I can update and adapt my F-106 data). I can also adapt the WOI Vautour flight model to yours, to save you some time.
  3. Just my .02 but I don't think there will ever be a weapons pack that will be truly plug and play for everyone. In a highly moddable game there is just no way. Best plan is to take one of these packs and build your own custom pack from it, then always keep your personal pack and modded loadouts backed up. ;)
  4. Always compare Baugher with other sources--he is not 100% accurate. For example the cruise speeds he lists for most aircraft are way too high. B-36 info looks pretty good though.
  5. B-36 is A-Team release--hence the reason for this thread: we are trying to fix it. F-101 is still WIP but coming along really nice. Can you go ahead and correct the weapons stations and loadouts and post them here?
  6. Absolutely! In order to turn this into a featherweight mod B-36 we have to remove all but the tail guns... PS - I forgot to mention in the first post, the cockpit view angles were messed up so that by default you were looking out out of the left window. I fixed that as well.
  7. NF3

I think what I will do is just write a tutorial for adding/removing/changing squadrons in the campaigns. Its not a completely straightforwards process. I'd love to do more pack like this, but it is completely dependent on getting good maps.
  8. NF3

    I'll check it out, thanks.
  9. NF3

Not being an avionics guy, that is a little above my pay grade. No, I can't include the F-111 because of restrictions on the use of the cockpit. (Plug: One of many reasons to support the Fair Use initiative!)
  10. NF3

The Gina in NF3 is by Erikgen and is of excellent quality.
  11. NF3

The new specific station code feature should allow me to force the Lightning to allways carry either RedTop or Firestreak. Thanks for bringing that up, it does need to be addressed. No A-Team mods will be included, so that rules out the Vulcan I think. Can you point me to an appropriate RN carrier?
  12. NF3

This is my thought as well, I don't want to exclude anyone, but I would like to put them in their likely AoO. If someone could make a Mediterranean campaign with the Black Sea and part of the Ukraine, we could have some real fun. Massive carrier ops...
  13. NF3

Let me look at what is available and I will see if I can get some more RAF birds in.
  14. NF3

The Mirage Factory Jaguar GR1 is already in the NF series. The Jaguar A has not been released yet. The F1 is being rebuilt by Oli but there is no ETA. The Vautour is part of WOI and I can't redistribute it because it belongs to TW. Danish Drakkens...I completely forgot them. Let me look into it!
  15. HE'S GONE, HE'S GONE

    So true...
  16. I didn't fly them a lot but the AD-6 and AD-7 were in my WOI install when we were testing the latest patches, and I didn't notice any problems with them. But as I said, I didn't spend a lot of time with them.
  17. HE'S GONE, HE'S GONE

So, now you are equating the civil rights movement with the Detroit Lions?
  18. The customs weapons selection is working fine in the NF3 beta...
  19. Except that the OP clearly stated he wants to use 4Gb of RAm, so a 64-bit OS is required.
  20. That's only because TK is the only dev who patches his older products up to the same standard as the newest one. Were you in a cave the last couple of months or did you not notice everyone eagerly anticipating the recent patches to bring WOV and WOE up to the latest standard? You aren't seriously calling long-term support and negative, are you?
  21. Turboprop Skyraider

Sunning on some beach on Cyprus.
  22. Simmer down, simmer down

I think you hit it on the head, and your post is worth everyone's time to read and think about.
  23. Not really hype. On a 32-bit OS you can only address 4 GB of memory, and due to some arcane things about the x86 architecture you can only address 3.5 GB in practice. If you want to run with more than 3.5 GB of RAM, for whatever reason, you need a 64-bit OS.
