Have you tried one of the Spanish Omelettes? Some versions are like your conventional omelette, but there's one version that requires you to mash that sucker. Most spanish omelettes are usually comprised of egg, milk, potato (sliced), capsicum, onion but vary after that...

Need an U.S Aircraft
SayethWhaaaa replied to Manfred Albrecht Freiherr's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
Dude, the search button will just about find you everything! Otherwise, checkout the Knowledge Base (Knowledge Base here). There are lots of instructions there on applying things to this series and how to find some things (aircraft, etc) -
Awww... it got removed. Now how am I gonna ZOmbie proof my neighbourhood??

If it's available from the band's website for free download (as many bands are doing these days) you may be alright, again, assuming you're not trying to take credit for, make money from or alter the music from the original authors... ...but then again... Not too sure on this. Might have to ask one of my law student buddies about this one. -
...well it's illegal to send the kids back into the mines. I have a couple of friends who're teachers here and they did something specific for the day, which I kinda found a little odd. Our culture here isn't as militarised as, say US culture. That is to say, the military subjects usually don't come up as much as others would. And given the ADF's (AIF's?) lack of involvement, I'm surprised it would have been brought up since teachers here only cover the bare basics of our military history: Gallipoli and Simpson and his Donkey, both WWI. Big respects to the vets of that god awful dawn!

Billion dollar plane goes up in smoke, that's gonna be someone's ass! I missed this story I think. The crew ok?

I brought this up about 18 months ago, but not trying to get someone to model it. And in that time I still haven't found anything in depth about this aircraft. I don't know if it's because there wasn't much info about this aircraft after it's cancellation or what. Btw, Cicacho, isn't it the other way around? I thought this was the early model: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pzl-230_skorpion_01.jpg (The green one) and this one was the last revision because it took stealthy elements into consideration. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pzl-230f_skorpion_02.jpg (The black one) Either way, I think the green one with turbofans looks better! It any case, it's really a shame it wasn't continued! A Polish CAS plane that was as tough as an A-10 but the size of a Volkswagon () would have been sweet to see! -
K, haven't heard this since I was a kid. And I used to love these guys until this stuck in my head for the past 48 hours!

You have to admit, 24 deaths is pretty excessive and no matter what, should be investigated, irrespective of whether charges are leveled at the Marines or not. What sh*ts me about this whole debacle is how even before the results of the trial have been investigated, the Soldiers in question have already been condemned. As far as I saw, nothing was revealed about the civilians involved in this incident (not just the victims) but what I have seen in articles in the past, some media outlets will still refer to civilians who fire at or return fire as civilians! It just really bugs me how it's become "playing the man, not the ball" when reporting from war zones. If you don't like the procedures, fine, protest the procedure, but if they have a job to do and rules of conduct to follow... and they're followed, don't look to lynch the poor bastard for doing their job! It's easy to tar everyone with the same brush just as it's easy to assign fault and say "Yep, it's those Yanks fault", but in Journalistic terms, summary judgments like that're just a race against the Foxes or The Suns to the bottom... Wow... That was a bit of a rant, wasn't it?

At the very least, Hillary got some immortality with her own statue in Liberty City...

can someone make this plane for woe or woi
SayethWhaaaa replied to reb's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Sci-Fi/Anime/What If Forum
Or weapons carriage for that matter! Didn't EricJ make something like this for Lock On a while ago? With everyone changing their names these days, it's hard to keep track of it! -
Yeah, we sold them the HMAS Melbourne to be scrapped after it was paid off in the early 80's only to find out it was hidden up a river somewhere (I forget where exactly) and studied in great detail. We're only finding out now that it was inadvertently the lynch pin in the creation of the PLAN carrier programme! But the Chinese have turned that into an art. But I can't fault them with that really, they've done what they had to to get over the mistakes made by previous generations in order to becoming a super power. And they've done a great job of that, they're well on their way.

Information of Marcfighter
SayethWhaaaa replied to Marcfighter's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Get well soon dude! -
You guys found Les and Russell Coit? Sweeeeet! BTM was a surprise hit in the 80's on the A(B)BC. We've always had an attraction to crazy bushman type: Harry Butler, Jack Absolum, Alby Mangals-- Alby still has an almost cult like status here along with his windsurfing dog, but Les Hiddens, the man was totally captivating! Although the few days after the episode in which he spoke about witchetty grubs, large parts of the nation smelled like puke...

Su-27s anyone?
SayethWhaaaa replied to jbryant's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
My bad dude, I should have directed you to the MarcFighters site. I'm sure we had it here at one point. Maybe not, my memory's shocking at the mo. Definitely heed FastCargo's advice. The Knowledge Base and the Search function will answer about 99% of your questions. As for the Mir-2000 sub, any Mirage or Kfir/Nesher type that has the 4 fuselage hardpoints would be a good start. At the very least you'll be able to sim the weapons capacity of the Mir-2000. -
You know, I really am surprised how there hasn't been more of a push to have developed a less capable 'export' version of the F-22. Say, one outwardly similar to the existing model so as to have a negligible on the production line, but more importantly, to keep it open. This would lower per unit production costs and thus, more funding for more units. Customers could specify which systems they would want in the event that the US (in all likelihood) vetoes use of it's current avionics package. Export customers, even with a machine that's only 75% as capable as the USAF F-22, would still be pretty happy considering that their aircraft would trounce anything that opposed it in their region. Seems to me like they've shot themselves in the foot somewhat, with this program.

Su-27s anyone?
SayethWhaaaa replied to jbryant's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
Seriously dude, have a look around the downloads section. It's not hard to find and there's a ton of great stuff there! Although for the Ching Kuo, you'll have to head here and set up an account with them before you can download it. Just make sure you read their policy first!!! As for the Mir-2000. That one's still a work in progress. Before you ask for an update, it's gonna be a while I'm afraid. -
Russian Sparrow?
SayethWhaaaa replied to Jarhead1's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
S'all good. I know after Vietnam the Soviets got their hands on a whole bunch of US equipment. Mostly aircraft like A-1 Skyraiders, F-5A/Bs, AC-47 and mostly whatever was in the South's inventory at the time. But they also scored quite a bit of booty when the Shah was overthrown too... -
Ahhh... I got that a bunch of times. Still do because some little punk ass fool is using a keygen or something that's using my code. I posted on the IW forums about this if you wanna have a look at what the lads over there thought about my problem. http://www.infinityward.com/community/foru...87801#msg187801

Russian Sparrow?
SayethWhaaaa replied to Jarhead1's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Ummm... How was an A-7 captured with Aim-7s loaded? They couldn't use them. The air to air ability didn't go past the Aim-9 capability. -

SayethWhaaaa replied to 101tfs's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
I'm afraid this is a fake. It's a plastic model that's been photoshopped (or a mock, can't remember). It was debunked a while ago. It's a shame, it's a sweet looking fighter. There was also a photo floating around the web of one that looked like the X-02 Wyvern from Ace Combat 4. 101, that J-10 is coming along nicely! Good work! :good: -
Didn't he play Heddy Lamar in Blazing Saddles...?
