    Don't know you could always edit one and see. Trackir lets you do lean to some extent, but extreme leaning or moving from the normal position you could see anomalies.

    Best with head tracking as the temp zoom in you set usually sticks within reason then. No we can't change that part currently. There's a general setting you can edit, viewui.xml in C:\Users\<YOUR LOGON NAME>\AppData\Roaming\OBD_Games\OBDWW1 Over Flanders Fields Edit 3rd line down should start <VirtualCockpitView FovScale="1.0" Change the 1.0 to something else, try 1.4 or whatever. Save. If you use notepad make sure it’s not saved as a “.txt” file. You would need to set “file type” in Notepad to *.* then add the .xml to the end of the file name (for example so it reads viewui.xml) before saving. I think JJJ's multi-mod had a FOV setting which does this (not sure if it needs updating for WOFF BH&H II) but that should would still work.

    Glad you like it Bagpipe, WM did the new effect for the engine smoke and for the new blip smoke. Volumetric we'd like - that would rely on DX11 coming together - seems unlikely at the moment. The only thing is most all the volumetrics out there look a bit fluffy/wooly to me, especially some clouds in some sims but yeah if we did do those they would be good ones ;)

    As Adger says, make sure you are up to date with the latest patch - various items that could affect that. No he should start himself. See the downloads section on the website.

    Yeah I think considering everything overall BH&H II is pretty good and fairly solid in most departments, AI, DM, FM, Campaign, Aircraft etc for the vast majority of people. There are plenty of deal-breaker problems in some top flight sims and games, so we are not doing too bad. The issues now are just down to a small few annoyances.

    Actually thinking on it... also note, one new feature in BH&H II is it has progressive wing damage in now. So if damaged, and you are still whizzing around your wings could be failing! The other thing it could be - sometimes happens that if you are in external view, and something bad happens to your aircraft, then later you jump into VC some stored sounds could play.

    In that video at least at 1.18, yes that is your (or rather Fullofit's) wing spars snapping in the high speed dive. The wires whistling is the cue too on that one. On other occasions, no idea as I say all AI aircraft have a reduced sound there now.

    Thanks BB, so you mean when he hits the ground himself? I misunderstood, I thought the video showed the problem. I know what the sound is like - it's basically all the parts hitting the ground and breaking up - but thought you meant an AI crashing example. As I say all AI have reduced sounds for that particular effect. It's likely to be some other sound / driver setting that is causing it as it's fine on the PCs we tested on.

WOFF BH&H II CHANGE LOG: Version 1.07 4 May 2021 1) Fixed an issue with Time Advance whereby days in hospital or days in captivity were not carried over to the following month correctly. 2) Balloon Attack and Defence are now special assignments to B Flight only and take place with a limited number of pilots. 3) Implemented blipping in AI rotary AC and in AI controlled player rotary AC. 4) Revised engine startup and exhaust effects. 5) Reduced cloud flickering - thanks to Buckeye Bob. 6) Revised ground explosion effects. 7) Aircraft fixes; Aviatik C.I, B.II, & 2 Aviatik trainers fixed engine extra parts visible. Se5 series tweaks to lower wing tips.

    Where's the video BB? We specifically altered sounds for that, if you still hear it loud something else is going on. We don't hear loud ones here.
  17. No the Z key readout can't move. Just switch the view to external for a moment to read it ?
  18. Limit of the clock unfortunately the hour hand only moves when the hour is up.. indeed Z key is your friend.

  21. CFS 3 Requirement

    For legal reasons we require you own CFS3. It's not physically needed to install or use WOFF.

If you have flown since, then don't worry, but if not please gather the outcomes.xml and other log files, mission file and pilot please (please see last 2 pages of the WOFF BH&H II FAQ on where to find and how to send to support email). Or if you see it again, exit and then send the files as above, and take a screenshot too please and send to support.

    Also some extra keys that are not shown on that guide...for WOFF BH&H II: CTRL+G = Lower Lewis Gun (hold down both keys until Lewis is fully lowered) SHIFT+G = Raise Lewis Gun (hold down both keys until Lewis is fully raised) CTRL+SHIFT+G = Reload Lewis Gun (reload sound is heard, ammo count increases to a drum capacity) NOTES These are needed now as BH&H II has a new feature to allow more realistic ammo usage in the Lewis gun. Once a drum with its 97 rounds capacity (or 47 in the early version) is empty you need to reload. If the aircraft has a Foster mount, which allows lowering of the gun, then you must do that fully before attempting to reload. SE5, SE5a, SE5a Viper and Nieuport 17 Lewis have this. Other aircraft with fixed Lewis (e.g. Nieuport 11, 12 etc) you can simply reload. Note in real life pilots stood up, and held the control stick between their knees(!) , to do that in these fixed mount aircraft.
  24. Mixture Control for Caudron G4

    Indeed the default will be to apply mixture changes or whatever, to the first engine. Select the second engine, then you can control that. Shift+1 - engine 1 select. Shift+2 - engine 2 select. etc then you can adjust. Go to the WOFF keys setup and top right, filter, Engine controls and you can see these and others.
