  1. Runtime error 9

Answered in the other post you made in the General sub forum. I'll delete or move that one soon as it's in the wrong area.
  2. Runtime error 9

Are you leaving the mapping tool open in the background? Make sure it's closed. Also perhaps your PC is locking the exe for some reason. Try rebooting. More likely it's possible your Anti Virus is blocking or interfering. Exclude the WOFFkeys.exe from your Anti Virus. Yeah you cannot remap POV hats unless you use joystick software to change them to something else. Check those please.
  3. Hi all, We have just added a new update on the website along with some new screenshots, from the work in progress Belgian Expansion for WOFF BH&H II. Check it out there please! https://www.overflandersfields.com/news.html
  4. Rick Rawlings Let's Play WOFF

Another good one Rick. It's getting more hairy out there though.
  5. If you are trying to drop a bomb - the default key is Backspace (cycles through ordinance - shown as "Select Next Weapon"). It seems that Shift+S is forward select ("Select next payload") in the WOFF keys program, but checking it here it doesn't seem to work, I have never used that personally - always Backspace. Once you have selected it, you then need to release it. Space bar, or you can assign to a joystick button if you like via workshop - "Re-Map Keys/Controllers" option which launches the WOFF app to do this. See FAQ for more info on assigning keys.
  6. Errors

Could be Windows locking the file - it does seem to have oddities with permissions/file protection sometimes. In extended playing sessions, try closing WOFF, and perhaps restarting Windows at least once if you keep seeing that.
  7. BH&H2 and VR

Of course keep us informed Dutch. BTW just for the record guys, please do not request files from other versions of WOFF.
  8. Rick Rawlings Let's Play WOFF

For sure. We will also look into the possibility of allowing a small adjustment to the settings for the Expansion.

Guys in the with regard to brightness you can always change brightness, contrast, or gamma on your NVidia settings (or AMD) - or on your monitor to help.
  10. Checking in.

Alt+Z brings up the config/settings menu for it. You can see (or change) where it saves, quality etc.
  11. Checking in.

To make videos you will need to use Nvidia's Geforce Experience built in recording. Default key for Nvidia is Alt+F9 to record, you can optionally NOT record everything as such if you enable Instant Replay - then when something good happens you hit the Alt+F10 and it saves the last X minutes (configurable) and captures just the good bits and the short lead up to it. If you have AMD GPU or you do not want to use Geforce Experience you can use some other recording software - OBS Studio for example is excellent. In WOFF you can review the mission in the mission recorder (details and map is shown) but you cannot replay it in 3D.

The cloud profile you find within VorpX Configuration, on left column choose Cloud Profiles, in game/app box type: 'combat flight sim' without the quotes, and click Apply. It should appear. One note I see in that profile the comment says to use AnK0rs shaders from Jan 2017 - not sure that is still needed.

It was meant to be you leaning into the sight, some guns are not naturally bang in line with the pilot eye (different heights of people too of course). Just notch out with the [ ] ? Otherwise you could edit the gunsight view wider in the Sqd aircraft XDP (Sqd for campaign or QC1 for QC).
  14. Rick Rawlings Let's Play WOFF

Use F6 should toggle through the gunsight , normal cockpit views.
  15. Many thanks guys, no problem times are tough for everyone. As one famous Grocery store says here "Every little helps".
  16. Hi All, Regarding the next Expansion for WOFF BH&H II.. new details have just been posted in the News on our website. The Belgians are coming! Plus new aircraft such as the Pfalz D.XII and more. Please see https://www.overflandersfields.com/news.html
  17. Quaint...

That is very well done, and pretty good detail and accuracy. One suspect Hollywood move from an Albatros moving into formation and applying airbrakes, but otherwise excellent. Thanks Rick.
  18. Hi all, We have updated the WOFF website with a new Development Update on the work-in-progress Add-On for Wings Over Flanders Fields BH&H II. Please see the News page on https://www.overflandersfields.com for more.
  19. No worries thanks, I have amended the link now anyway.
  20. Yes you must choose the product that pops up, that's the point of that appearing of course. Yes we used to have a few which were removed. It has been left in the same mode so more can be added easily and it's in line with the downloads button on our other website www.WingsOverTheReich.com We do not have a webmaster, we do 58 jobs each unfortunately ;). Works in all browsers here for me ( I test with all of them). Of course if you have any javascript blockers, or anything that interferes it could cause issues. For example if you use Noscript addon (which blocks java scripts) so initially you will have to allow all WOFF links but then they work fine. However given the confusion I'll see if I can amend that downloads for now to go straight there on WOFF pages anyway.
  21. Hi Jeanba, that one is already in. Under your deceased pilot in Pilot Dossier, click "Re-Enlist" !
  22. Great write up Becker01. One thing, when you copy in your changed XDP the first time, you can check the "Date modified" column of the file. If your file explorer default only shows "Date" and not "Date modified" then you can change that (best to do this much more useful and accurate than "Date". (To change it - right click in the folder area in File Explorer, then choose View, Details. Then on the headings for the columns where it shows Name, Type, Size etc... on Date, right click on it and instead select "Date modified" for the heading). This Date modified attribute will ALWAYS show if a file has been edited and when - the best way to check a file's date. Then if that "Date modified" of your edited XDP shows it is newer than the original XDP, all you need to do then is to delete the .BDP file in the folder. WOFF will regenerate that when you fly - in other words no need to open and resave. However don't delete too many aircraft bdp's at once - but one or two should work fine.
  23. Of course that is how we intended WOFF to be. Dangerous, even in QC. The point I am trying to make, is if you cannot remember ever, then set pilot never dies in workshop, then when your pilot dies in Campaign, and you are allowed to continue, then don't! He's dead, you know he is as the sim told you before it let you carry on. Or make a specific pilot "QC TEST PILOT" and only allow yourself to use him when you need to go to QC to test something. If you put it in your head that "If my pilot dies, it's terrible" before you fly each time you should remember ;).
  24. Then consequences should make you remember ;) ! Or do the other option I said, then it doesn't matter if you forget to turn it off before you fly in campaign. Better still make a QC only pilot. I doubt we will be adding in more options there tbh. Part of the whole ethos of WOFF and WOTR is that your pilot matters greatly, and it's dangerous to fly. You need to take care of his "one" life. However we added the option to never die in Workshop, and optionally in QC/QS too. Or fly as we intended with those not enabled, so it's dangerous and makes you care about your pilot a lot. Once upon a time we did not even have pilot never dies option in QC or QS as we didn't believe in it.
