It's a program yes. But it will ask you where you want it to go... make sure you pic the correct directory the main directory not the aircraft directory if I remember right. It will then install it correctly in your game. Get the fixed damage bmp's from AVSIM. -

try the decal level for the numbers... DecalLevel= Decals can made to use different textures based on one of the four dynamic variables: aircraft?s Nation ID, Squadron ID, Aircraft Number, and Kill Number. You select which variable the decal should use by setting the DecalLevel, as follow: DecalLevel=0 ?> Nation ID DecalLevel=1 ?> Squadron ID DecalLevel=2 ?> Aircraft Number DecalLevel=3 ?> Kill Number find the decal tutorial download, it's alot of help.
