i agree with the overpowered C/F, 1 packet release and my RWR goes quiet for a few sec's. And IR missiles will chase flares everytime it seems.

I have done numerous searches throughout the site and I have the files from the download section. I can't open the thirdwire templates for some reason , but can open anybody else's. My question is this ...... is there any one site that has more templates than this one??? I have been to C5 and gotten the tomcat's. I'll keep looking .... any help is welcome and appreciated!

I can open the templates in PSP7 so thought I would give this a shot.... what I have so far.... Based on these pics I found on the web... I need help making decals, need a tutorial on how to make them. I have the decal tutorial on how to place them. I am using PSP7 and have a how to book , but still banging my head on the alpha channels and all the layer stuff used in the decal .tga's.
