I gathered already existing airfield approach lights from http://combatace.com/files/file/1866-runway-approach-lights/ uploaded by HrntFixr and from http://combatace.com/files/file/1866-false/uploaded by the same Submitter (no modifications were made with his work, just changing the time of lights on and off), and mixed them with German airbases, Soviet airbases, Desert airfields and VietnamSEA airfields. I made small edits with time the lights are on and off and now a compromise was found between the time the lights are switched on and off: now the lights are switched on after 4.00 PM and off after 8.00 AM, that was done for having the lights always on in the inclement weather, the lights are on 24 hours in the inclement weather so now it is not difficult to find the airfield and land in the inclement weather. The images show the airfield approach lights at their finest! I specially uploaded many screenshots with various aircrafts to show how these lights transform and make more realistic the overall picture of this fantastic game! These are complete airfields inis - no need to change anything inside the same, just copy and paste into your terrains. Backup your airfield inis before you drop these ones if you do not like them and do not want to use anymore. Hope you will like it! This is my first work I share with gamers of this fantastic game! J Backup your airfield inis in your terrains before installation. Just drop these inis into your terrains. Be careful that each terrain has own specific airfield inis: German and Soviet airbases for GermanCE, Black Sea, Kamchatka terrains etc., Desert airfields for IsraelME, Libya terrains etc., VietnamSEA airfield for DRV. Single Missions Issue

Dear friends! Can anyone tell why such missions like air assault, transport, early warning and naval search are not available in WoE (SF1). I read somewhere here that a particular terrain should have these missions to be activated in the line "Allowed mission type" or something like that in the "main" terrrain ini. But in what exact ini it should be entered? I looked through all inis in many terrains but did not find this line. Please help, how to make these missions available in WoE (SF1)? Game display problem

Dear friends! Can you help me with this issue? I use WoE. There is a problem of the game display (please see the images). Actually the picture dissapears and another picture of the "rainbow" appears in the game and the game stops to be controllable - nothing can be done with the game except quiting the game. This problem appeared when I downloaded NATO FIGHTERS 1, 2, 3 and 4 and one other update. Or the cabin becomes black, or the land becomes black, the same black squares appear in the map. In fact I have good graphic card NVidia GeForce 635M with the up-to-date drivers and latest DirectX, my laptop performance is rather high - there are no problems with more heavier and complex games like FIFA 2013, F1, Battlefield 2 etc. The laptop runs these games without any problem. This problem persists only with WoE! What is the problem and what can be done to remove the same and enjoy this fantastic game? Looking forward to hearing from you soon Kindest regards, Marat -

Dear friends! I need your help. There is a problem with the loadout.ini, namely for Su-25 and Su-24. When I try to use the weapons for armed reconnaissance using another weapons differrent from those one of attack, anyway the weapons of attack appear in the game. The aircraft role is Attack, everything with weapon section in the data ini is OK, checked for hundred times, there is no problem. the weapons are available for a particular pylon, I can use them putting the same manualy in the game, but through loadout ini it is impossible as the weapons for attack stand in armed reconnaissance. This issue persists only with Su-24 and Su-25. Please help! How to solve this issue?

Hi! many thanks for your reply! Yeah, the clean mod was ok! The problem appeared only after installing the 2008 update. I will try the way of determination of the mod causing this problem the way you mentioned. It will take of course sometime. I thought (as I was told) that the problem cound be with DirectX 9.0. When tried to install the same, it was mentioned that I use the final version and no need to update it. Then I installed DirectX 11 but the problem wad not resolved. I will try to find the mod causing the problem by a separate WoE. Again, many thanks for your help! -

Hi! Thank you for your reply! Yes, it was fine before I installed patch of 2008 as far as I remember. No, I didn't backup the entire folder structure before installing the mod, I just downloaded and installed the 2008 patch, NATO Fighters 1, 2, 3, 4 and then this problem occured -
Dear Wrench I have downloaded this beatiful terrain according to all instructions available here to my WoE (2008 version) where I already have IsraelME terrain which runs very well. I noticed that soviet stock in Afghanistan terrain does not work while it works well and is available with IsraelME terrain. For afhanistan I made catfile as IsraelME but soviet planes do not run at all. I tried to find the problem comparing Israel 2 inis with the inis of this terrain, but failed to found the problem. As to, for example, Mi-24 or Su-25 which are to be used in this terrain from the Soviet part (they run well in Israel ME), they do not run in this beautiful Afghanistan terrain. Almost all NATO planes run well. Could you please suggest something with this issue?

Dear modders! There is a question regardinf approach and runway lights for SF1 Series. I have verious terrains (about 30) downloaded from this site. But only Libyan terrain has approach lights working 24 hours. Now I have the approach lights for friendly airfields of GermanyCE only. I tried to change data in all of the terrains using deser_airfield.inis of Libyan terrain but it did not work or the taxing, heading changed the way the planes started to take off in perpendicular way relative to the runway direction. I would like to ask if it is possible to install the approach lights for all the terrains or how to switch on the runway lights when using bad inclement weather because they start working only during the night time? Can anybody help with this issue? Many thanks! Marat

But what to do if not a single airfield.ini is available in the terrain folder, for exampl in Kamchatka terrain. Then how to do this and where to get the full info of lights? I am not a professional modder, than amateur player, that's why I do not know and understand many things :-) Please help. I would like to install the approach lights to all my 29 terrains))) ... "not a professional modder, juts amateur player" I wanted to say ))) -
