  2. Maybe if the KB were to be "permanently open" so to speak, so that folks could see the basic sub parts of it without having to go hunting, there's no doubt that just about every question can be answered in there....its getting people in the right direction in the first place thats the problem.

  9. Problem solved !! I just copied all of Canadair's entry into my ini [mine looked nothing like that]. Thanks to both of you.
  10. Just tried it....no change....also tried water on high= no change....very strange....stock intsall, no other mods.
  11. Water set on medium [havent tried high] Terrain set to Meadium, 4xAA, 8xAF......NVidia 7900GS 512mb ram. WIN XP.

  13. I use a little freeware programme called SyncBack....its easy to use and quick as it only adds the files you've changed......well worth a look.
  14. Yep I'm in, BUT you can only reuse my work that you got from a freeware site [ie, Combat Ace, or C5's], you CANNOT re-use [or is it re post] any of my work that came with Yankee Air Pirate.
