  1. nope but I noticed my postprocess shader tweaks (like sepia, old film effect, vignetting etc) are no longer working... BIG bummer and downer

  4. DavidG, might I suggest also Mig-15 and Mig-17PF/PFU ones? not perfect these are but as no one in all these years made one available...
  5. is Combined Arms freeware now? I have it without that $ icon on main screen but it asks for key during any A-10 or Su-25 mission loading
  6. funna as I now realised in SF2 I fly multirole the least... want some bombings? Fly A-4 or Thuds, want to shoot Migs down? Put myself into P-51 ( ) or any jet fighter
  7. yeah... right now everyone is OMG!DCS MODS YA ALL! we will see what is still my biggest concern is lack of other suitable theaters and campaigns, surely Nevada looks good but to play what? Red Dawn 2012? Some Korea or say Taiwan action on the other hand...

Of course FC, say it's my lucid dreaming idea and I'm sure porting models/textures would be around 5% of the work needed, have yet to look into DCS tools and formats myself one day what sucks in DCS though is ye olde BlackSea theater -and to be honest I even prefered old more NW Crimea than Georgia, there was more to it than just flying with sea on one side

"features" is slightly different kind of animal than "planes", I suggest not to put them in the same cage I can life without 150+ flyable planes, the lack of features I was hoping Thirdwire would introduce with time (it's over 3,5 years after SF2 release) is what really annoys me in SF2 (more and more as months pass by) right now given the fidelity of known projects authors are aiming at, I won't expect anything flyable (Beczl's 21 aside) until spring 2013... in a meantime people would happily jump onto Thirdwire planes released for DCS... even just to have something to shoot down. My 2 cents

  14. heh true, no rush... I'm one-foot back into SF WW2, and find alot of files are hard to find taht's why I was asking also still my nations.ini isn't working and maps start dates are around 1948, even the WW2 ones by you

  16. goodie -as for AV pack, I had to rename the Type 99-2 to match the AVH names, hadn't any Type-2 in my pack, but Ho were there from other plane (Ki-43?) Kevin I think it would be good to build a "basic ww2 install core files" pack with the up to date and working nations, formations, guns, etc, whatta think? George has very nice FM, thanks!
  17. one more thing, as Kevin's upload introduces A6M gunsight image, here's clear graphic for my build-into-model one, removing it clear GUNSIGHT.zip to be added to Shiden-kai cockpit folder, overwrite (man I hate those stock floating gunsights all along now!)
  18. two issues: no guns? having AVH's pack installed... WHERE THE HELL could someone tell me can I find proper working up to date WW2 nationslist.ini, been searching at CA for no luck?
  19. Thanks! Updated stand-in cockpit, with slightly reshaped front framing, dashboard shape and few changes you'll not notice, also slightly better bit wathered textures to be extracted to cockpit folder, overwrite: Shiden cockpit UPDATED.zip
