Sometimes I wonder if there are other TW products that we are unaware of, that have many features we'd like to see in game, and the "lite sim" series are just "side" products with certain features disabled, ie. the helicopter object type from objectlist.ini: [xObject010] ObjectDLLName=HelicopterObject Or maybe I need a pill

Rain (or any other weather effect) is indeed linked to the camera positions, and moves with the current viewpoint; as far as I know it's not possible to have rain only under clouds, not when doing it via environmentsystem.ini, However doing clouds Lexx-style you could have both clouds and custom rain effect under them. The downside is these clouds (being ground object -attached effects) are all time on, not weather -dependent As for the summer and spring trees -they're in the works (by me) together with reworked HR summer and spring tiles, common rule of 2 weeks apply

  5. And one more -what patch version are you on -there was one patch with a bug that caused no trees to appear
  6. Coot, what are your terrain detail and ground objects detail settings..? Following the Green Hell 2 readme you should have no problems with installing them in game
  7. Viewlist.ini has nothing to do with the trees (alters views) , it's the .tod, .tga and VietnamSEA_data.ini that must be copied from GH2 to your terrain\VietnamSEA\ terrain Lexx's Siberian Sky mod works flawlessly with GH2, in fact -it's highly recommended!

  9. I'm right here.. Instal procedure seems ok, only I never installed the "downscaled' trees mod... You see the tileset by Brain32, right? and where exactly did you put the .tod files from "medium" folder? These should go right into VietnamSEA ddirectory, not in some subfolder...

    WOE z ok. 1200 MB (wersja elektroniczna) rozrasta się do około 5 giga. Najmilej mi się lata Tornadami oraz Jaguarami (obydwa w poprawionych wersjach -HUD, awionika, repaint kokpitu w Tornado itp.), ale to zależy co kto lubi ; framerate trochę niższy (patch oct08, uaktywnione rzeczywiste cienie dla modeli które ich nie stosowały, datalink w radarach naziemnych) ale ograniczenie cieni do medium i wyłączenie luster zawsze pomaga

    Pearl Harbor, limited only to flight sequences is ok. Also missing on the list are Dark Blue World and Behind Enemy Lines, quite a decent movies. But my vote goes to Bob and Flight of the Intruder.

    Mod jest naprawdę fantastyczny, w pierwszej misji (F-117) naliczyłem 84 samoloty w powietrzu a to i tak w trakcie, gdy kilka już spadło Teren trochę ubogi, ale intensywność wydarzeń (SAMy!) rekompensuje pewne niedostatki z nawiązką. Polecam!
