  1. As Brain says they are stock. His version has slightly retiled TFD file included. NO I don't plan to do seasoned version for Brain's tiles. At least not now, not in near future, sorry.
  2. That old alphaobject rendering bug. "Superblending" or "sharp" settings solves it as you know already, but causes other side effects: white outlines in "super blending" or shimmering, solid tree look using "sharp" settings. Allways a compromise. I think TK never considered the posibility of using the alphaobjects in such variety and complexity
  3. Yes you can, but the new objects and cities from "Forests and farms 2" are developed for standard tileset, Deuces repaint or Max188's HR one. Too much work to make version form Brains set ATM. Also some tiles for summer setting will be reworked
  4. Wrench, excellent rebuild, like always However I must point out that in the readme I'm credited for doing the highresolution "summer" textures. That's not true, this tileset was made by Brain32. In case you'll ever upgrade this terrain even more, please correct your readme, Brain32's hard work deserves proper credits.
  5. Delete GermanyR1.tod and GermanyR2.tod, these are not needed, and are included only in 2x trees version.

ThirdWire titles are officially unsupported by Vista currently, but there solutions: Open VietnamSEA_data.ini included in Green Hell 2 mod, and disable the shaders: Under [WaterTextureMaterial] tab delete or comment out the lines: UseEffectShader=TRUE EffectShaderName=WaterEffect.fx Do the same do for [NormalTextureMaterial] section: UseEffectShader=TRUE EffectShaderName=TerrainEffect.fx Save the file and try again. OR Update your WoV with the October 2008 patch hope this will help you

  9. And here are some low altitude shots from winter edition, as usual work in progress: I decided to do the winter version as light/medium snow coverage, trees are mostly done apart from woodlands, now i've started working on buildings repaints. Also some ground textures need tweaking.
  10. Ahh, it's a leftover piece from my GermanyCE test/work folder, but it's not used, it's from marvellous Brain32's HR extended repaint. Somehow made it's way to the package.

  12. NOT in TOD file generation process! You mean "standard" 3D .LOD objects with collisionboxes, right? Placing them as typical objects via _targets.ini... yes, of course, would take about 2 years or so, and could kill any computer -it's about 300-400 up to 600 individual objects per tile, map is 500x500 tiles... Not in this terrain engine, it's not Sturmovik with destructable cities. But Russouk2004, IF you know how to force the terrain Editor to use custom LOD meshes for TOD generation... that's the feature I dream about!

    As far as I remember, you must rename to Germany Autumn, all these files: GermanyCe.ini GermanyCE_data.ini GermanyCe_targets.ini GermanyCE_types.ini GermanyCE_movements.ini GermanyCE_dogfight.ini GermanyCE.HFD GermanyCE.TFD Some of the above may be stored in GermanyCE.cat and you'll need to extract them After doing so, try if it works before applying the autumn mod, and you'll need to make changes to the Germany Autumn.ini to point to the new filenames. Also you'll have to rename the GermanyCE_data.ini FROM the mod to Germany Autumn_data.ini, after installing the mod.
  14. Eric, Should work without problems. I wrote in the readme. Install normally as in readme, and then rename GermanyCE_data.ini to BlackSea_data.ini (of course back up the Black Sea data first!)

    Proste Cały Cheetah C jest zrobiony jako fałszywy "drugi pilot" i nałożony żeby pasował do Miraża... nie tylko końcówka do paliwa i kanardy. trochę to lamerskie, ale cóż tam... A brak teksturki? Albo pliki powędrowały nie tam gdzie trzeba, albo coś z błędnym wpisem w plikach DATA lub konflikt LOD
  20. Too early to guess anything, but the "2" in title suggests something bigger than cumulative service pack upgrade also the "modules" part sounds interesting... As for mods compatibility depends on how much things gonna change within core engine files and code. God I wish we had more info and features details available!
