all the anxiety aside, why do I have feeling the typical campaign or single mission will consist of: Player's flight of 4 friendly flight of 4 enemy fighter flight of 4 enemy bomber flight of 6 2 or even 3 flak guns over target area this based on my (long) experience with 1C/Maddox and 777's ROF. Oh, but we'll get new extremely detailed cockpits cockpits more Il2 FB (2003) than CLOD (2011) in appearance I'd take EAW working on current systems with graphics update (bumpmaps/specular on the very same lovely low poly 3D models as they were, higher resolution terrain textures,. rudimentary clouds, self shadowing) than anything at the moment. Oh or CFS3 with some tweaks

yes but DCS somehow doesn't do it for me at the moment, still haven't bought FC3 beta (ok to be fair it's still on "to buy" list but I had to divert my cash into fried motherboard) as for iceland, yes I think he's now not so satisfied with it... I'd LOVE to have new water in old maps DLC of some sort (technical difficulties aside)

same here Icarus, sometimes I feel I go in criticizing Tk too far, (sorry TK!) as for terrains, old format is still ok for me, but I really miss few quite simple additions to it that would make SF2 look modern (like those evil 3D TODs!!! and higher mesh resolution)

so, would be wise not to wake up every morning thinking "Today must be the day TK releases pretty shiny new Expansion 3 with 10 new flyables, 3 new high resolution terrains and 30 new ground objects pack"? Bummer

maybe there's more types of city tiles (in example City1 to City5) than corresponding TODs (City1 to City4), then you'd have to duplicate one od other city LODs to match the name of unpopulated tile too
