Multi-lock Simultaneous attacking Capability for F-22 and others.

Hello. I just wanted to know is there anyway to duplicate the capability that F-14 has with its AIM-54 Phoenix of tracking upto 6 targets and attacking them simultaneously in other aircrafts like F-22, which i believe have that capability? Thank You.
