Install using Modman, uncheck the "Install in CDDS Files" box. If manually installing, drop files into the Bazar\TempTextures folder.

place the files ControllerXBOX360ForWindows. ini and mouse , ini into the imput folder of the game
and use LOMAC xpadder profile with win 7 xpadder
 
this profile are only for Lock on Modern Air combat
not for Flaming Cliffs 1

you can change the keyboard .ini but do not change the keys assigned on the xpader profile or in CntrollerXBOX360ForWindows. ini and mouse .ini
