Vector Thrust Adaptation for existing Harrier FRS51 & AV-8S

This pack is the follow-up of the adaptation of the VT model from the AV-8C to existing Harrier.

.ini files are included to mod the FRS51 and AV-8 add-ons available at checksix-fr.com and column5.us.
