So, How do I download the mods.

Whenever I try to download a mod, an error message pops up saying that my "download limit" is 1kb.

Is it a bug or a new user limitation and I have to make a 10 posts or something?

You gotta pay for subscriptions to download files now. Look at the top and look at "Store", and then the subscriptions. It's how it's done these days.

Even a trail subscription will get you unlimited mods during the length of your subscription

my advice is to make a list of what you want then get the trial.

of course, longer subs will help with keeping the lights on around here and would be appreciated. but you can still get alot for the cost of a large Starbucks-ish coffee

Yep, getting a subscription is well worth it. The mods add many hours to an already fairly good game. Strike fighters 2 for me. Server is a little slow, and I get an error saying I can only download one file at a time, while the file was already downloaded, but otherwise well worth the price.
