Hello there
My account is 16 days old and i have made more than 2 Forum posts and have tried resetting the user salt but still im unable to see the download button on files.
Any leads whatsoever?

The system updated his account after his log in earlier today. Everything working as it should.

As seen in the screenshot i only tried downloading one file, you can see on the top right corner not only its showing as "File wasn't available on site" but this one download is being prompted to me as two downloads
This was one of the 4 Operation Desert Storm: 30th Anniversary Edition 0.9.8.3 files.
Assistance would be appreciated

Do you have a download accelerator turned on? Check your browser settings. Two downloads means one connection per file. Download accelerators open multiple connections for a single file. The system will count each connection as a download. Something I'm working on but don't have a resolution for yet as the whole download transport connection has to be rewritten.

Negative sir, i have all the default settings on my Google Chrome regardless of that i checked Parallel downloading the closest option to what you just described is also on its default/disabled setting.

Wasn't there a specific restriction on ODS 30th that required a paid subscription? I remember I stumbled across that myself when it was first released. 

I would try some different files in the meantime. Let's see what the mods say about ODS......................
