+ojcar Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 SFP-1 and WoV are very cool simulations, but the AI is very poor. Now we'll have WoE. It's said that AI is better. When we'll have a similar AI patch for our old SFP-1 and WoV? Quote

BOOM Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Might these patches include clouds like in WOE? Quote
Guest Saganuay82 Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Yes. Everything you will get in WOE you get with patch 4 other than the terrain and planes. Quote
BOOM Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As for the planes, you can download the same ones here! Quote
Gianky Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 "Two weeks". Do you play Aces High or the "two weeks" it's just a videogame industry cliché? Quote
+Spectre_USA Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 I'm pretty sure it is a Combat Simulation cliché, that was derived from a post by Oleg Maddox of IL-2 fame when asked about an add-on/patch. "2 weeks, Be Sure!" Quote
Gianky Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 EHEHEHEH Seriously, now: I just saw the patch has been released and, reading the readme.txt, I noticed that no trim control has been added yet. Can we have it? I know SFP1/WOV/WOE series is not meant to be a hardcore simulation, but I find really annoying not having trim control, especially on pitch axis, just think about how easier dive bombing would be! It would be nice if Thirdwire would include such a feature in a future patch, it shouldn't be that difficult to code. :) Quote
Guest zerocinco Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 It's just some hokey clouds to play Pong in. Quote
Gianky Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 Not only... there's support for guided weapons too.... :) And I still hope there will be a future patch with trim! Quote
