Weasel Keeper Posted March 28, 2003 Posted March 28, 2003 Hey Jeff, does this site use cookies that expire after a period of time? I notice about once a month or so I have to re-log in to the main page. Most of the time I don't have to log in because it remembers me. Just wondering. :) Quote
MadJeff Posted March 28, 2003 Posted March 28, 2003 Yes, the cookies are set to expire once a month. Quote
snapple2993 Posted March 28, 2003 Posted March 28, 2003 I'm still finding the cookies to be a pain in the ass (MJ) knows what I'm talkin about, I keep getting this INVALID SESSION sign when I try to post (I'm using my sisters cpu now, so I can post). But my cookies on aol are messed up, I have tried all settings, and deleted some cookies, and nothing seems to work consistently. Does anybody else have aol, and have you had problems with the cookies before, if so how did you get them all sorted out? Quote
MadJeff Posted March 28, 2003 Posted March 28, 2003 Best bet is to just wipe all your cookies and start clean. You will have to type in your password again on some sites, but it will get you off to a clean start, as well as take care of the invalid session problem. Quote
Weasel Keeper Posted March 29, 2003 Author Posted March 29, 2003 My wife's computer is on a dial up modem and she has aol. If I go on there I usually minimize aol after I sign on and go through Internet Explorer anyway. Aol windows are always too small. Quote
+Fates Posted March 29, 2003 Posted March 29, 2003 Man....Weasy said "Wife", Dial-up" and "AOL" all in once sentence...OMG!. Tell the Misses I said Hi! Hope to see ya both at Dayton! Quote
MadJeff Posted March 29, 2003 Posted March 29, 2003 I always assumed when you uttered those three words in the same sentence it summoned a Balrog from the very depths of hell and start the apocolypse?! Quote
Rogue Posted March 29, 2003 Posted March 29, 2003 ARGH! I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight. Thanks, Weasel. I cannot believe the gaul of some people. :D He's jinxed the whole thread. Quote
