markl 1 Posted February 4, 2007 Hi, Hopeing someone can help me with a problem I have with my CH Yoke. I purchased it last September and it is still a bit tight. It binds a bit when you pull it out or push it in. This leads to a very jerky flight. I was hopeing it would quickly wear in but unfortunately it has not. So far I have not used it all that much because of the problem. I have seen other people post about the problem but not many answers. Some people in the USA have used a liquid lubricant that dried on the shaft that fixed the problem but it was not available that I could see in Australia. (Forgot what is was now) Any help would be appreciated, as it is not really useable at this time. But I think it would only take a small amount of lubrication to fix. The problem is I do not want to attract dust by using vaseline, or something that may make the plactic bind even more by mistake. Chers MarkL
+Erik 1,812 Posted February 4, 2007 I'd think something like DuPonts Teflon Multi-Use Lubricant or Teflon White Lithium Grease would work. I'd check your local Repco or auto parts store for a lubricant that will work. Just some thoughts.
