Lets see....

 

1. AVSIM under the SFP1 download section.

 

2. You can't , we don't have that in SFP1.

 

3. You can't. If you want to see it everytime then you must get a mission editor and make missions where you add the tanker to be in your mission every time. The game won't do it on its own.
