Pfalz E.IV & E.V -- RELEASED

Recommended Posts

Rounding out the Pfalz Monoplane family:

Pfalz E.IV

EIVR.jpg

Two guns, longer nose, wings and a big 160hp rotary engine (with the torque to match)

Pfalz E.V

EVR.jpg

Some in-line goodness for those of you tired of spinning engines.

Thanks again to v. Deutschmark (skins) & by peter01 (FM) for their amazing work.

Get 'em at CombatAce

Very nice Laton

I understand that 20 of each type were built but only 3 E.Vs saw active service. The E.VI never reached the front line.

I've got a weirdest stall on E.V. Nose down, 180 roll, back to horizontal position, nose down again, roll, nose back up. All the way to the ground. Engine was dead at the time - 1916 turned out to be a good year to meet SPADs.
